Hoisting devices for webs of paper or similar, driers for this purpose
And a method for manufacturing the hoisting device
The invention relates to a transportable drum wherein at least one drum has a cylindrical outer periphery.
Radially deformed elastomeric material attached to the drum body and the outer circumference of the drum body
Possible intermediate layer and contact pressure, coaxially attached to the drum body shaft on the outer surface of the intermediate layer
Cylindrical run casing made of material several millimeters thick that can be elastically deformed underneath
And depending on the carrier, backup or load to hoisting roll
It is supported as a drum.
With little or no deformation in the direction and run casing
Paper is pressed radially across the support area affecting the hoisting roll
Or a hoisting device for a web according to the same. Further, the present invention
Refers to the corresponding drum itself.
This type of hoisting device and corresponding drum are described in DE-A1-4,035,054.
It is well known. This announcement states that the intermediate layer has a small size having a Shore hardness A of 30-80 °.
Thin wall made of elastic material and with a radial thickness of 1-5 mm for the run casing
By using spring steel, the hardness is lower, but the winding quality is otherwise lower.
It proposes to generate a winding that does not impair much. Orchid's
Based on the indentation ability, this type of drum is simultaneously characterized by a relatively hard surface.
Enables desired reduction of constant nip pressure. If this drum has a softer surface
The variation of the thickness of the web to be wound, such as
It prevents extreme changes in diameter across the roll width in a narrow range.
A plurality of grooves arranged on the radially outer surface of the soft intermediate layer provide a predetermined pressure of the intermediate layer.
To prevent over-stacking of the drum coating and thus reduce the drip at the nip.
The surface strain of the ram coating and the change in tension of the web material due to the build-up
Preventing. If there is no groove, the drum coating will be applied in the nip by pressure to the outer circumference
Come. This results in an elastic deformation of the drum coating, which is
It can cause substantial fluctuations in tension. Rubber and polyurethane used for the intermediate layer
Elastomeric materials, such as urethane or the like, are compressible, such as air.
It is completely incompressible without any media. However, in principle,
Grooving or other gas inclusions in the intermediate layer can be omitted. But this is
This is the case when it is particularly desirable to generate an applied tension in the web material. For more information
Describes the disclosure of DE-A1-4,035,054, which forms part of this application in this document.
Refer to the description.
These known rolls and hoists reduce the specific nip pressure and at the same time
Prevents interruption of the hoisting structure at the boundary area of the contact surface with the hoisting roll if necessary
It meets the purpose of doing so. Nevertheless, Ranke from spring steel
Intermediate layer and run casing, which is the assembly of drum casing and drum body
The production of such drums is not without problems because the production of such drums is extremely difficult.
There is no. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the middle layer and the run casing are precisely adapted to each other
There is also a problem in making it work. For example, even if the material thickness of the run casing changes slightly,
In effect, the mechanical properties are affected. In addition, alloys related to the desired mechanical properties
Is relatively narrow. In addition, this type of drum has an outer surface of the middle layer and a run casing.
Poorly bonded to radial inner surface or disqualified over time
Is somewhat more sensitive to wear.
Accordingly, the basic object of the present invention is to provide an intermediate layer and a generic drum of a generic hoisting device.
As a run casing, it allows for relatively simple production of drum coatings and
Materials that allow simple adjustment of the mechanical properties of the intermediate layer and run casing
Is to find a charge pair.
This point is relevant in relation to this generic class of hoisting equipment, and of this generic class.
Constructed of an elastomeric material in relation to the drum and can be elastically deformed in the radial direction
And the hardness of the intermediate layer material which is elastically deformable in the radial direction is 2 to 10
The problem is solved by a run casing having 0 times hardness. The material of the intermediate layer is
Although it is incompressible, the intermediate layer has voids or voids around its outer periphery,
As being compressible.
According to the invention, the materials used for the middle layer and the run casing are
Somewhat incompressible. However, the middle layer itself is a run casing material.
The intermediate layer as a whole has low hardness and contains voids inside.
Compressible.
Intermediate layers and run casings can be made of, for example, rubber, polyurethane and similar elastomers.
It can be composed of the same or different materials, such as mer materials.
Elastomer materials in the non-expanded (non-foamed) state are almost incompressible,
Due to its properties, it is elastically deformable in the radial direction, especially in its radial direction
The drum coating, i.e. the intermediate layer, is the roll on which it rests, in particular the roll which is wound up
Under the influence of the weight of the material, the material is dented in the outer circumferential direction under the nip pressure.
Creates a climax of material, which leads to a situation that precedes the nip
. This causes the drum coating to be elastically deformed and the material web to be wound up.
The tension on the rolls supported on the system changes significantly. Such web tension
The change is often true, but it is not desirable, so the middle class
The intermediate layer is provided with a plurality of voids or voids so as to be entirely compressible.
You. The voids may have, for example, coarser and / or finer holes containing air around the perimeter.
It can be realized in a generally uniform form. However, on the outer periphery of the middle layer,
In particular, recesses such as are known from DE-A1-40 35 054, for example grooves, in particular
Can also be provided with a spiral groove.
The intermediate layer was made compressible with a radially inner incompressible layer and voids placed
Splitting into radially outer layers has proven to be particularly advantageous
.
The most advantageous point from a practical point of view is the recess-type void located on the outer periphery of the intermediate layer.
Or in the empty space. In particular, a helical web that is circular or not very sharp or
If the fin-like elements are formed between circular (or spiral) grooves, the intermediate layer
Peripherally almost incompressible, acting radially like a compressible material
This is advantageous in that material build-up on both sides of the nip is avoided.
You. Furthermore, the intermediate layer can completely ring or web the web-like or fin-like elements.
In the form of a spiral that is not very sharp, spaced in the axial direction with a space between them
It can also be configured by arranging.
Also considered as a radially outer compressible partial layer in the middle layer
In particular, it has a pore size and / or distribution that can form a radial gradient
There are one or more layers of stretched material. In particular, it looks like
It is possible to manufacture a suitable intermediate layer. However, it is particularly simple to manufacture and its implications
Preferably, the radially inner portion, which is essentially incompressible, has the desired hardness.
One or more
Intermediate which can be constituted by a layer of elastomeric material and which is radially outer
The compressible region of the layer can be a single layer at first, or it can be composed of several layers.
The layer material used is itself non-compressible and has the desired hardness,
This part of the intermediate layer is lower when viewed as a whole, ie, including its voids.
An intermediate layer that is itself built of several layers, such as having hardness and compressibility.
You.
In particular, the radially outer region of the intermediate layer with voids is
On the inner surface of the intermediate layer, and this is attached together with the run casing to the radial inner surface of the intermediate layer.
Place on the side area to eliminate voids or to reduce or reduce voids
Is desirable.
The entire sub-layer, potentially several pieces of the middle layer, and the middle layer and the run casing; and
If necessary, both the intermediate layer and the drum body are separated from each other to form the drum coating.
After being deposited, continuous or simultaneous interconnection is possible by means of sulfurization.
A layer of a binder suitable for this purpose has previously been placed on the surface for later contact.
I can put it. Connection between layers can also be achieved, for example, by continuous heating
It is. Similarly, an elastomeric material is placed between the uncompressed middle layer and the run casing.
The filler can be filled as a foam and subsequently cured.
When the plurality of recesses on the outer periphery of the intermediate layer are filled with relatively soft foam
Effectively apply a foamed material to prevent run casing from sticking to the middle layer.
Can be easier.
The resistance to deformation in the direction parallel to the drum axis of the run casing and therefore across the machine is
By fiber reinforcement, for example, carbon fiber can be roughly incorporated parallel to the axis.
Therefore, reinforcement is possible. Undesired elongation of the run casing in the outer circumferential direction
To prevent this, reinforcing elements, especially fibers, are installed essentially in the circumferential direction
ing.
The hoisting device and the drum according to the invention are, inter alia, DE-A1-4,035,05.
4 has the advantage that it is easier to manufacture than the well-known metal orchid casing.
Have. For example, orchid casings can be connected to the
Connection is possible and the run casing material is produced as an oblong belt,
From this, a length corresponding to the outer periphery of the casing is cut. This allows the peripheral case
A seam is formed in the formation of the seam, and this seam is
Or something similar
Thus, it can be closed in an uncertain manner. In principle, a seamless
It is also possible to manufacture the thing and connect it to the intermediate layer.
The uncertain connection between the middle layer and the run casing
The layers of material do not move over long-term use based on the material pair and
, Resulting in favorable properties during operation of the drum.
The mechanical properties of the new material pair include, for example, recesses such as grooves on the surface due to gas inclusion.
Positioning, generally by a porous material, or by the hardness and / or
Alternatively, it can be changed over a wide range by changing the material thickness. Sa
In addition, the expansion and bending properties of the intermediate layer easily adapt to the run casing.
Further improvement of the winding structure, especially for winding web-shaped materials, especially paper

If necessary, it is attached together with the intermediate layer 22 as a binder. Similarly, the intermediate layer 26
The outer periphery, which is preferably cylindrical, is made of an elastomeric material and has a thickness of several millimeters.
A radially elastic layer is additionally applied. This layer has a circular
A cylindrical run casing 33 is formed.
One of the important differences between the middle layer 26 and the run casing 33 is that
There is a difference in hardness. The hardness of the run casing is 2 to 100 times the hardness of the intermediate layer.
There may be. The middle layer has a PJ (Passy Jones) value SO-110 (P &
J plastometer hardness method), and the thickness of the intermediate layer
Is preferably between 10 mm and 20 mm. In contrast, Ranke
It is preferable that the PJ value of the sourcing is 5 to 15 and the thickness is 5 to 15 mm. This
The total thickness of both radially elastic layers of elastomeric material is 20-30.
mm, preferably about 25 mm.
In the case of the embodiment corresponding to FIG. 3 and FIG.
A spiral groove 27 having a depth of 3 mm and a depth of 3 mm is arranged inside the intermediate layer 26 in the radial direction.
The side regions are formed without voids, ie essentially as incompressible. Next to the groove
The directional gap is preferably between 6 mm and 15 mm, but as in the example,
The dimensions can be the same as the depth of the groove.
The run casings can be wrapped by means similar to those used for the middle layer.
Can be made somewhat compressible. For this purpose, Lankashin
Grooves 37 are also provided on the radially outer surface of the bush 33, and thus on the running surface.
However, such effects are generally undesirable for run casings.
Nevertheless, the groove 37 provided on its outer surface performs in principle a different function,
That is, the frictional action between the material web wrapped around the drum and the drum surface is affected.
Acts as an air vent so that no air cushion is formed between the two materials
Must. 3 and 4 show a preferred embodiment in this regard.
In the example, the width and depth of the groove 37 and the distance between the grooves are different from those of the groove 27 of the intermediate layer.
Supplied as somewhat smaller.
When rolling up material webs, especially paper, stretch the material web as far as possible
For this reason, in order to wind up this elongation to the hoist 2, the run casing 33 travels.
Providing a low friction layer 38 on the surface has proven to be particularly effective.
That is, a lower coefficient of friction increases the effective range of elongation. Figure 1 as an example
As shown, the length of the affected area may be, for example, winding 2 and 2nd key.
Nip A between the carrier drum 5 and a point B drawn on the first carrier drum 4
Equal to the length between For surfaces with a lower coefficient of friction, this length is
, For example, to point B '. In the case of the embodiment corresponding to FIG.
This range of influence is further increased. However, the coefficient of friction μ
The web is so small that it slides off the first carrier drum 4
Not be. A suitable low friction layer is, for example, a Teflon coating. this
Can be deposited by spraying on the running surface. Other low friction materials also
, Is available. Typical thickness of the low friction layer is between 0.05mm and 2mm
Yes, but sometimes thinner. Also, if you use various roll coating materials,
A variety of web-like materials can be rolled up. Generally, paper,
Films and similar material webs may have the same surface coating, e.g., Teflon,
Can be rolled up.
As FIG. 2 shows, the incoming material web 1 is used to wrap the carrier web 1 around it.
A nip roller 14 can be provided to press against the system 4. Especially
Thereby, the effective range that affects the amount of elongation that can be wound can be expanded. D
Roller 14 is also a feature of the roller coating according to the present invention.
