Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.カテーテルとして使用するのに適した2重内腔管であって、該2重内腔管 は、 長手方向中央軸を中心に配置された外部表面と、内部表面とを有する管状壁で あって、該内部表面断面は、第1長手方向軸を中心に第1内腔半径に沿って配置 された円形第1内腔部と、第2長手方向軸を中心に第2内腔半径に沿って配置さ れた円形第2内腔部とにより規定される、管状壁と、 該中央軸に長手方向に平行に延び、かつ、該内部表面上の間隔を設けた位置の 間で管状導管を横断方向に横切って延びる内腔壁であって、該内腔壁は、中央弧 状部を備え、該内部表面の該第1内腔部と共に第1内腔の境界を定める該第1表 面を有し、該第1内腔は断面積を有し、該内腔壁は、該内部表面の該第2内腔部 と共に第2内腔の境界を定める該第1表面の反対側に第2表面を備え、該第2内 腔は断面積を有し、該内腔壁の該第1表面は中央凸状弧状部と、該管状壁の対向 する方向に延びる隣接するウイング部とを有し、該内腔壁の該第2表面は、中央 凹状弧状部と、該管状壁の対向する方向に延びる隣接ウイング部とを有し、該凹 状弧状部は、該内部表面の該第2内腔部の半径の50%から90%である半径を有す る円弧の形状を呈し、更に、円形1次ガイドワイヤ領域は、該凹状弧状部により 一方側で、および該第2内腔部により他方側で境界を定められる該第2内腔に形 成され、該1次ガイドワイヤ領域は、該第2内腔部の該半径の50%から70%の半 径を有する、内腔壁とを備える、2重内腔管。 2.前記外部表面は、前記内部表面を中心に同心的に配置された円形断面を有 し、前記第1内腔部の前記半径は、異なる厚さを有する管状壁を設けるように、 前記第2内腔部の前記半径よりも小さく、前記第1内腔に隣接する管状壁の厚さ は、前記第2内腔に隣接する前記管状壁の厚さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の 2重内腔管。 3.前記外部表面は、異なる厚さを有する管状壁を設けるように、前記内部表 面の一部の廻りに非同心的に配置された円形断面を有し、前記第1内腔に隣接す る前記管状壁の厚さは、前記第2内腔に隣接する前記管状壁の厚さよりも大き い、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 4.前記中央軸は、前記第1長手方向軸と一致し、前記第2長手方向軸は、そ こから前記第2内腔部に向けてオフセットされる、請求項3に記載の2重内腔管 。 5.前記凹状弧状部は、前記内部表面の前記第2内腔部に関して位置し、前記 1次ガイドワイヤ領域は、前記第2内腔部の前記半径の約50%と60%の間の半径 を有する、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 6.前記凹状弧状部は、前記第2内腔部の前記半径の約50%と60%の間の半径 を有する円弧の形状にある、請求項5に記載の2重内腔管。 7.前記凹状弧状部は、前記1次ガイドワイヤ領域の廻りに非同心的である、 請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 8.前記内腔壁の前記凹状弧状部および前記凸状弧状部は、前記内腔壁の前記 中央弧状部が異なる厚さを有するような形状にされる、請求項1に記載の2重内 腔管。 9.前記凹状弧状部は、前記凸状弧状部に関して非同心的である、請求項8に 記載の2重内腔管。 10.前記中央弧状部は中央部で最も厚い、請求項8に記載の2重内腔管。 11.前記中央弧状部は中央部で最も薄い、請求項8に記載の2重内腔管。 12.前記内腔壁の前記対向する第1表面および第2表面の前記ウイング部は、 それらが前記管状壁内部表面に接近するにつれて広がり、前記2重内腔管に追加 のねじれ耐性を供与する、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 13.前記内腔壁の前記対向する第1および第2表面の前記ウイング部は、前記 中央弧状部の厚さよりも厚みが大きく、前記2重内腔管に追加のねじれ耐性を供 与する、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 14.前記凹状弧状部は、前記1次ガイドワイヤ領域よりも大きな半径を有する 、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 15.前記第2内腔の前記断面積は、前記第1内腔の前記断面積の約98%と254 %の間である、請求項1に記載の2重内腔管。 16.円形2次ガイドワイヤ領域は、前記凸状弧状部と前記第1内腔部とによ り境界を定められる前記第1内腔に形成され、前記1次ガイドワイヤ領域の前記 半径の40%から60%の半径を有する、請求項15に記載の2重内腔管。 17.前記第2内腔の前記断面積は、前記第1内腔の前記断面積に実質的に等し い、請求項15に記載の2重内腔管。 18.前記第2内腔の前記断面積は、前記第1内腔の前記断面積の約98%と約11 5%の間である、請求項17に記載の2重内腔管。 19.円形2次ガイドワイヤ領域は、前記凸状弧状部と前記第1内腔部とにより 境界を定められる前記第1内腔に形成され、前記1次ガイドワイヤ領域の前記半 径の60%から70%の半径を有する、請求項17に記載の2重内腔管。 20.請求項19に記載の2重内腔管と、前記2次ガイドワイヤ領域内に配置され るガイドワイヤとを備える、ガイドワイヤ導入システム。 21.請求項1に記載の2重内腔管と、前記1次ガイドワイヤ領域内に配置され るガイドワイヤとを備える、ガイドワイヤ導入システム。
