Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.工業設備の部分系統内を導かれる水(W)に水素(H2)又はは酸素(O2 )を注入するために、その部分系統に、その中を導かれる水(W)の部分量を水 素(H2)と酸素(O2)に分解する電解ユニット(3)が接続されているガス注 入装置。 2.電解ユニット(3)が多数のダイアフラム電解槽(10)を有している請求 項1記載のガス注入装置。 3.電解ユニット(3)に酸素(O2)ないし水素(H2)の排出系統(26)が 接続されている請求項1又は2記載のガス注入装置。 4.電解ユニット(3)に部分系統の水(W)で貫流される混合器(28)が後 置接続されている請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のガス注入装置。 5.電解ユニット(3)に予め設定された水圧に調整するための調整装置が後置 接続されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のガス注入装置。 6.電解ユニット(3)にイオン交換器(9)がフィルタとして前置接続されて いる請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のガス注入装置。
