1 shows a basic circuit for controlling a fuel injection valve.
Between the positive electrode + V of the energy source V and the negative electrode GND,
Controlled energy switch X1 and capacitor with current forward path only in one direction
A series connection of C is provided.
When referring to the switches X1 to X4 in the following description, the switches X1 to X4
A switch with current forward conduction in only one direction consisting of at least one semiconductor element
Switch, for example, a thyristor switch controlled by the control circuit ST.
When the energy switch X1 passes through the current path, the charging capacitor C is connected to the energy source
It is charged by V. This basically means that the voltage Uc at the charging capacitor
This is possible as long as it is smaller than the voltage of the energy source V.
A commutation coil connected to the energy switch X1 in parallel with the charging capacitor C (
Umschwingspule) L and charge stop switch X3-the function of it will be described later.
And a series-connected body.
An actuator circuit S is provided in parallel with the charge stop switch X3.
, The actuator circuit S is composed of a series connection of two parallel connections, one and the other.
And one of the parallel connection bodies is a current limiting, commutation reactor or commutation coil L
A charge switch X2 having a forward current path in a direction in which a current flows from the
In parallel with the discharge switch X4, which has a current forward path in the direction toward the il.
Another parallel connection is a parallel connection of an actuator P and a diode D.
In addition, the diode D allows a current to flow in the direction of the charging switch X2.
The switches X1 to X4 control the control circuit ST controlled by the microprocessor.
In addition, depending on the external control signal st, in this embodiment,
One set value Us for the different voltage (here, for example, the phase before fuel and for main injection).
Control depending on the actual value Up of the voltage.
Is done. The position of the actuator may be used instead of the actuator voltage.
No.
The operation method of the device will be described with reference to the example of the circuit of FIG. 1 using the flowchart of FIG.
Then, starting from the initial state (state I) where the charging capacitor is fully charged.
At this time, all the switches X1 to X4 are non-conductive and the commutation coils L
Is a no-current state.
At the start of the external control signal st = 1 (state), the charge switch X2 is fired.
(Current path is controlled). Thereby, the charging capacitor C is connected via the commutation coil L.
And begins to discharge into the actuator (acting like a capacitor),
The tuator begins to charge (state), which causes the piezo piezoelectric actuator to
Data length changes. The voltage Up appearing on the actuator—this is the arrow in FIG.
And is notified to the control circuit ST,-rises.
As soon as the voltage Up reaches the set value Us (state IV
) The charging process is terminated and the charging switch X2 is turned off, in other words, X2 =
0, and the charge stop switch X3 is set in the road state (X3 = 1, state)
. The oscillation circuit LC further oscillates until the commutation coil L enters a no-current state.
The charged state of the actuator is maintained while the control signal st is applied. System
When the control signal st disappears, (st = 0, state); the actuator is discharged.
I have to. To this end, the charge stop switch is controlled out of the way and X3 =
0, and the discharge switch is in the on state, X4 = 1 (state). So,
The actuator P discharges through the commutation coil L into the charging capacitor C. Acti

It continues to vibrate until the commutation coil is in a no-current state. Switch X4 is off road
State controlled.
If there is no loss, the same voltage Uc as in the initial state is applied to the charging capacitor C.
In practice, the voltage in question will be somewhat smaller based on the losses.
As a result, in this embodiment, the switches X2 to X4 are turned off after the end of the discharging process.
When the power supply is turned off again, the energy switch X1 starts a new charging cycle.
Before being charged, the charging capacitor C must be recharged.
Controlled (state).
FIG. 3 shows a circuit basically corresponding to the circuit of FIG.
A circuit for controlling P1 to Pn is shown. In this circuit, energy source V, energy
Energy switch X1, charging capacitor C, commutation coil and charge stop switch
X3 is connected as in the circuit of FIG. 1 and likewise described there.
Acts like However, the control circuit ST is also not shown.
For the first actuator P1, the actuator circuit S1 replaces X2.
Instead, a charge switch X2.1 is provided, and a diode D1 and a discharge switch X4 are provided.
And has the same circuit as in FIG. 1, but the difference is that
Between the actuator P1 and the discharge switch X4, toward the discharge switch
A diode X2.1 having a forward direction of the current path is provided.
Mode X2.1 is unnecessary for controlling the only actuator in FIG.
Then, each of the actuators P2 to P2. one additional charge for n

Prevents other actuators besides the tutor from being charged. Common discharge switch
When the switch X4 is controlled, the discharge of each actuator causes the die belonging to the switch to operate.
Aether D2.1-2. n. Each actuator is a diode
When discharged to a threshold voltage, the diode takes on current;
LC continues to oscillate further until the commutation coil L enters the no-current state.
FIG. 4 shows a plurality of activators with reduced required components—cost compared to the circuit of FIG.
FIG. 4 shows a further circuit for the control of the heater, and also a control circuit ST

In the circuit of FIG. 3, the thyristor switches X2.1 to X2. n husband and wife
Therefore, an expensive transformer is required. The above transformer can be omitted as follows.
Instead, a simple selection switch T1-Tn, for example, Power-MO
An SFET switch is used. At that time, the circuit corresponding to the circuit in FIG.
In this circuit, the actuator P is associated with the actuator P1 and its associated

In the switching section of the switch T1, a diode D1 having a forward current conduction in the discharge direction is provided.

P2 to Pn, selection switches T2 to Tn and diodes D2 to Dn.
The series connection body includes a series connection body P1-T1-D1 for the first actuator P1.
Are connected in parallel.
The operation of the circuit corresponds to the operation of the circuit of FIGS.
For example, when charging P1, for example, the associated selection switch T1 is turned on at least for the following periods.
It must be controlled throughout the road. While the charge switch X2 is under road control
The road must be controlled.
When the actuator P1 discharges, the current flows from the actuator to the discharge switch X.

When the tuator is discharged to the threshold voltage of diode D, said diode D
, The current is received, and the oscillation circuit LC further operates until the transfer coil is in the no-current state.
Continue to vibrate.
Simple change of the circuit shown in Fig.1,3,4 for both discharge switch and selection switch
Can be designed as follows:
Accordingly, it is connected to the negative electrode GND (low side Lowside, see FIGS. 1 and 3).
Or at a potential closer to the positive electrode + V (high side Highside, FIG.
4) The structure can be designed so as to be placed.
