More specifically, for disposable absorbent clothing such as diapers with finger pockets or loops
Finger pockets or loops make it easier to fit the garment to the wearer.
To help.
Background of the Invention
Infants and incontinents often wear absorbents, such as diapers, to drain water and other body drains.
Accept and include excrement. The absorber contains the discharged object and
It works both to isolate from bedding and clothing. Has many different designs
Certain disposable absorbers are known in the art. For example, January 1967

No. 151,092 describes an improved disposable diaper, the improved disposable diaper.
Disposable diapers have achieved economic success.
Despite improvements made in absorbent clothing, such clothing is often
It is difficult to fix properly to the wearer. Proper fixation may require the wearer to move,
This is especially a problem when the wearer attaches the absorber to himself or herself. This
In such cases, hold the garment to the wearer with only one hand and secure the garment.
And both are possible. Furthermore, the attachment of clothing to the wearers themselves is fixed
The orientation of the systems has proven to be inconvenient, and their physical limitations
Make it impossible to wear clothing without help. Therefore, the suitability of clothing for the wearer
Suction having an improved configuration to help reduce difficulties with sharp mounting
It is advantageous to provide a collection.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure that can be more easily worn by a wearer.
It is to provide a suitable absorber.
Another object of the present invention relates to wearing such clothing on a wearer.
By providing an absorber with finger loops or pockets that reduces the difficulty of doing
is there.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide such a garment to a wearer.
Use, such as diapers, with low-cost means to reduce difficulties with
The purpose is to provide a waste absorbent.
These and other objects of the present invention are to be considered in light of the following description.
In particular, it becomes more readily apparent when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention is arranged in a front waist region, a back waist region, and between a front waist region and a back waist region.
Crotch region, longitudinal centerline, lateral centerline, a pair of diametrically opposite edges, and between said edges
And has a pair of longitudinal edges extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal centerline.
Is directed at the absorber. The absorber is preferably on a liquid permeation table sheet,
The liquid impervious back sheet joined to the cover sheet, and the front sheet and the back sheet
And an absorption nucleus disposed between the two. The backing sheet has at least one of the absorption cores.
A body surface adjacent to the portion and an opposite garment surface. Finger pocket is back sheet
The finger pocket includes a fixed portion and a free portion.
The fixing part is preferably joined to the back sheet, and the free part is preferably connected to the back sheet.
It is free to move to create an opening away from
At least a part of the absorber during the mounting or removal from the wearer
A person who wears a diaper to control the finger can insert a finger.
