2. Description of the Related Art In order to prevent scattering and volatilization of a fluid application liquid, a ballpoint pen or the like having a liquid movable stopper at the end of the fluid in a pipe-shaped container containing a fluid has been used. Coating tools are widely known. However, since conventional liquid movable stoppers are mainly composed of non-volatile oils such as mineral oil, silicone oil, ester oil and polybutene, a highly polar volatile liquid such as water is blended. Ink containing a volatile organic solvent such as xylene, cyclohexane, or methylcyclohexane may dissolve in the liquid movable stopper, or may pass through the movable stopper, but may volatilize. There is a problem that it will be put to practical use.

There is also a solid movable stopper made of silicone rubber or the like. However, the above-mentioned fluid containing a low-polarity volatile liquid has an insufficient volatilization preventing effect, and the rubber is swollen and cannot be moved. There was a problem that it disappeared. Further, as an applicator such as a correction tool in which ink containing a low-polarity volatile solvent is enclosed, a type in which a container is sealed without providing a movable stopper has been proposed. However, in this case, the internal pressure changes due to a change in the outside air temperature. For example, there is a problem that the internal pressure increases at a high temperature and ink is excessively discharged during use (excessive outflow), and at a low temperature, the internal pressure decreases and ink does not readily flow out (excessive outflow). .

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present inventors have developed a method for controlling the flow of a fluid contained in a housing of an applicator having a coating liquid outflow control mechanism such as a ball-point pen type tip and a needle valve at the tip. As a result of various investigations on the combination of the body fluid and the liquid movable stopper, the combination was not compatible with the fluid fluid.
The inventors have found that the object of the present invention can be achieved by providing various types of gel-like movable stoppers and releasing the rear part of the movable stopper to the atmosphere, thereby completing the present invention.

In the present invention, the low-polarity volatile organic solvent used for the fluid coating solution A is n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane, isooctane, cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane. , Toluene and xylene, and the gel movable stopper B is made of water and a smectite-based structure viscosity imparting agent, and the gel movable stopper B and the gel movable stopper C are in a two-layer contact state. What is contained is preferred. This smectite is easily available, and exhibits stable structural viscosity especially when added to water. This makes it difficult for the gel-like movable stopper B to transfer to the fluid coating solution A,
The quality as a backflow prevention body can be maintained, and there is an effect of preventing long-term quality deterioration of the fluid application liquid.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail. First, the fluid applicator targeted by the present invention is a writing implement including a felt-tip pen, a ball-point pen, and the like, a correction implement, an adhesive applicator, a cosmetic implement, and the like. The distal end of such a fluid applicator is usually provided with a function of suppressing the outflow of the fluid application liquid, which prevents the fluid from excessively coming out during use. In order to prevent sedimentation of pigments having a large specific gravity, such as titanium dioxide, and to prevent bleeding of drawn lines on the surface to be permeable, it is desirable to make the fluid (ink or the like) a gel. In the case of a body, a ballpoint pen type tip having a structural viscous destruction means, an outflow suppressing function such as a valve-coated application body or a needle valve that closes and holds a tip hole by projecting and biasing a front seat portion with an elastic body. What is provided is preferred.

The low-polarity and relatively volatile organic solvents satisfying the above conditions include n-hexane and n-hexane.
At least one organic solvent selected from heptane, n-octane, isooctane, cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, toluene, and xylene is desirable. The fluid coating solution A is desirably a compound composition containing, for example, 20 to 80 parts of an organic solvent, 10 to 60 parts of a coloring material such as a pigment, and about 5 to 30 parts of a resin or the like.

In the present invention, the above-mentioned fluid application liquid A is accommodated in the accommodation tube of the applicator, and a gel-like movable stopper B made of water and a structural viscosity imparting agent is provided at an end of the fluid application liquid A. In order to contain and suppress the volatilization of water in the gel-like movable stopper B, a gel-like material comprising a non-volatile oil selected from mineral oil, silicone oil, ester oil, polybutene, and a structural viscosity imparting agent is further provided behind the movable stopper B. The movable stopper C is housed therein, and the interior of the rear accommodating tube of the gel-like movable stopper C is opened to the atmosphere through a small hole D.

The gel movable stopper B has a dissolution parameter δ of 2
A gelled product obtained by gelling water having the highest polarity with 1 with a structural viscosity imparting agent is used. As the structural viscosity imparting agent here,
A wide variety of substances such as thickening polysaccharides, finely divided silica, clay minerals (bentonite, smectite, etc.) are known and can be used in the present invention. Of these, smectites (montmorillonite group minerals constituting clay) are particularly preferable because they generate stable structural viscosity when added to water and are generally easily available. The ratio of the structural viscosity imparting agent is preferably 0.5 to 5 parts with respect to 100 parts of water.
Further, it is desirable that the length (height) of the gel-like movable stopper B is about 5 to 20 mm.

The end movable plug B can suppress the volatilization (dry-up) of the fluid coating solution A.
In this state, the water itself of the gel-like viscous material B also volatilizes. Therefore, in the present invention, mineral oil,
A gel-like movable stopper C made of a non-volatile oil such as silicone oil, ester oil, polybutene and a structural viscosity imparting agent is housed. As a result, dry-up and outflow failure phenomena are eliminated, and good coatability is obtained. At this time, it is desirable that the length (height) of the gel-like movable plug C is about 5 to 20 mm.

Since the inside of the rear accommodating tube of the gel-like movable stopper C at the end is opened to the atmosphere through the small hole D, the internal pressure in the container does not rise or fall due to a temperature change. It can always be applied stably. As a result, these two types of movable stoppers B and C move in accordance with the consumption of the fluid application liquid A in a stacked state, and act as movable stoppers.

According to the present invention described above, a low-polarity and relatively volatile compound selected from n-hexane, n-heptane, n-octane, isooctane, cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane, ethylcyclohexane, toluene and xylene is used. At the end of the fluid coating liquid containing a high organic solvent, two kinds of gel-structured viscous materials are accommodated as movable stoppers in contact with each other, and the interior of the rear accommodating pipe is opened to the atmosphere, so that the fluid The coating liquid does not dissolve in the movable stopper or pass through the movable stopper and evaporate (dry up). In addition, the movable stopper smoothly moves following the consumption of the fluid application liquid, and has an excellent backflow prevention effect without being affected by changes in the outside air temperature. Become. In the present embodiment, a white fluid using titanium dioxide as a coloring material has been described as an example, but a fluid colored with a dye or pigment such as carbon black or red or blue does not affect the function at all. Further, the present invention exerts the same effect when applied to an outflow suppressing mechanism having a replaceable refill like a ballpoint pen.
