Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pile yarn from coming out and the loosening of a base cloth which is the base material from occurring at the time of a cutting by constituting the base material of the base cloth and a synthetic resin layer which is coated on the surface of the base cloth.
