行に延びる所要長さの外面直交位置調整長孔が穿設され
た直角定規と、 基端部が直角定規の直角張出部の外面直交位置調整長孔
に対し締付部材により母材の厚さに応じて位置調整自在
に取り付けられ、直角定規の内面当接部と平行に延び母
材の外面に倣うよう当接され、該母材の外面に当接され
る部分に母材の開先部の肉盛厚さ計測用の目盛が付さ
れ、中間部所要位置に母材の開先部の肉盛厚さ方向へ延
びる所要長さの外面平行位置調整長孔が穿設された外面
定規と、 中間部所要位置にその長手方向へ延びる所要長さの第一
傾斜部位置調整長孔が穿設され、該第一傾斜部位置調整
長孔の穿設部分が直角定規の直角張出部の内面直交位置
調整長孔に対し締付部材により母材の開先部の第一傾斜
部に応じて位置調整自在に取り付けられ、該第一傾斜部
に倣うよう当接される第一傾斜部用定規と、 中間部所要位置にその長手方向へ延びる所要長さの第二
傾斜部位置調整長孔が穿設され、該第二傾斜部位置調整
長孔の穿設部分が外面定規の外面平行位置調整長孔に対
