Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a replacement work by dividing some wear preventive covering pieces and then connecting a plurality of segments to each other by fitting means. SOLUTION: A protective cover member 6 covering an inner surface of a slant bottom surface 1b of a silo 1 is constituted by protective cover pieces 6a... acting as wear preventive covering pieces divided and formed into a plurality of segments connected by fitting means. Each of the protective cover pieces 6a... is properly formed into such a shape and a size as those in which the protective cover pieces can be loaded into or unloaded from a discharging port 1a of the silo 1, and one of divided end edges between adjoining protective cover pieces 6a, 6a is integrally formed with a fitting groove for coupling the other cover piece to it through fitting to each other. With such a configuration as above, it is possible to assemble or decompose the protective cover 6 acting as the wear protective covering member in an easy manner. Accordingly, it is also possible to perform a replacement work for the wear preventive covering member in an easy manner.

2. Description of the Related Art For example, in a concrete plant or an asphalt plant in which sand, gravel, crushed stones, etc. are used as aggregates, abrasion occurs in equipment machines due to aggregates and products such as concrete and asphalt mixture. In particular, containers for transporters of aggregates and products, containers for measuring instruments, containers for mixers,
Storage containers (silos), hoppers, chutes, and the like are not made of expensive metal materials having excellent wear resistance in terms of cost, and cause significant wear. The friction surface with these aggregates and products is covered with a metal plate to prevent wear, and the metal plate is periodically replaced with a new one.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a protective cover body (6) for covering the inner surface of the inclined bottom surface (1b) of the silo (1) is divided into a plurality of wear-preventing covering pieces to be joined by fitting means. Protective cover piece (6a)
Each of the protective cover pieces (6a)... Is appropriately formed in a shape and a size that can be taken in and out of the discharge port (1a) of the silo (1), and between the adjacent protective cover pieces (6a) and (6a). A mating groove (6b) is formed integrally with one of the split edges to join the other by fitting. The protective cover body (6) is transported to the mounting site in a state where the protective cover body (6) is disassembled into a plurality of protective cover pieces (6a).
················································· Carrying the silo (1) through the outlet (1a) of the silo (1) and laying them down on the inner surface of the inclined bottom (1b) of the silo (1) while joining them sequentially through the fitting grooves (6b) By going, the silo (1) is assembled into an integral protective cover (6) covering the entire inner surface of the inclined bottom surface (1b). The protective cover (6) is periodically replaced by a new one because it is worn by friction with the product (2). At this time, all the protective cover pieces (6a) are disassembled into a plurality of protective cover pieces (6a) inside the silo (1) by disassembly work reverse to the above-mentioned assembling work.・ ・ The outlet of silo (1)
After taking it out of a), a new protective cover (6) is to be assembled inside the silo (1) as described above.

The protective cover (6) includes a body (1c) together with the inner surface of the inclined bottom surface (1b) of the silo (1).
An extended portion (6c) is formed integrally with the upper end of each of the protective cover pieces (6a)... So as to integrally cover the inner surface of the lower end of the body. ,
The fitting groove (6b) also extends to the extension (6c). Although each protective cover piece (6a) is provided with a fitting means for joining the protective cover piece (6a) itself, the fitting groove (6b) is provided.
May be provided to join the adjacent protective cover pieces (6a) together. The silo (1) is made of metal, and each protective cover piece (6a) of the protective cover body (6).
・ Also manufactured with metal materials such as steel plates. The form of the protective cover body (6) in the assembled state is each protective cover piece (6a).
After being assembled, the protective cover (6) is partially fixed to the silo (2) by welding, fastening or fitting means after assembly. It is preferable because displacement and disassembly can be reliably prevented. In the case of the funnel-shaped protective cover body (6), a plurality of protective cover pieces (6a) having a uniform shape are obtained by dividing the funnel-shaped protective cover body (6) into a plurality of vertical planes extending in the radial direction at equal intervals (equal angles) from the central axis. This is preferable because it can be divided and formed, and handling during assembly / disassembly becomes simple. An abrasion-preventive covering body in which a portion covering the inner surface of the inclined bottom surface (1b) of the silo (2) and a portion covering the lower end portion inner surface of the body portion (1c) of the silo (2) have been disclosed,
They may be configured separately.

As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the protective cover body (7) for covering the inner surface of a) has a protective cover piece (7a) which is a wear-preventing coating piece divided and formed into a plurality of pieces. A plurality of joints (9) having fitting grooves (8) for joining by means of fitting means, the inner surfaces of the side walls (3a) and (4a) of the buckets (3) and (4) and the right and left sides thereof. One-sided joints (9a) are fastened and fixed to the edges so as to face each other, and the right and left ends of each protective cover piece (7a) are fitted into the fitting grooves (8) of the pair of the joints (9) facing each other. To form a single protective cover (7) covering the inner surfaces of the side walls (3a) and (4a) of the buckets (3) and (4), similarly to the buckets (3) and (4). A protective cover body (7) covering the inner surface of each of the remaining side walls (3a) and (4a) is also provided. It has been made. Then, the protective cover body (7) is transported from its manufacturing place to a mounting site in a state where it is disassembled into a plurality of protective cover pieces (7a) and a plurality of joints (9). The protective cover (7) is formed by joining protective cover pieces (7a) divided into a plurality of sections in upper and lower tiers to form side walls (3a) (4) of the buckets (3) and (4).
Although a) is configured to cover the inner surface of each side wall (3a) (4a), it may be configured as a protective cover body in which protective cover pieces are joined in the left-right direction. ) May be configured as a protective cover body that covers the inner surfaces of all the side walls (3a) and (4a) with one, and a unit of covering by one protective cover body, its divided form into protective cover pieces, and their fitting. The form of the fitting means can be appropriately set according to the form and size of the covering surface. The buckets (3) and (4) are made of metal, and the protective cover pieces (7a)... And the joint (9) of the protective cover body (7) are also made of a metal material such as a steel plate. The form of the protective cover (7) in the assembled state is maintained by fitting of the protective cover pieces (7a)... After assembly, several places of the protective cover (7) are partially welded, fastened or By fixing to the buckets (3) and (4) by the fitting means, it is possible to reliably prevent the protective cover body (7) from being displaced, disassembled, and dropped off. In FIG. 6, each of the protective cover pieces (7a) of the protective cover body (7) covering the inner surfaces of the side walls (3a) and (4a) of the buckets (3) and (4) on the lower side of the drawing is provided at both ends. The middle portion is joined by a two-port joint (9a) having a fitting groove (8). When joining the protective cover pieces (7a) in this way, joints (9a) corresponding to the number and direction of joining are used. Further, the fitting means for joining the protective cover pieces (7a)... Separately is provided, but the fitting groove (8) is provided in the protective cover pieces (7a). (7a) It is also possible to join together. In FIGS. 1 and 7, reference numeral (10) denotes an openable and closable bottom cover of a bucket (4) of the measuring instrument.
