では、装置本体を上部フレーム及び下部フレームに分離
し、光学系ユニットの光出射口に位置するシールドガラ
スに接触させて設けられた清掃部材が上部フレームの回
動に連動して回転し、光学系ユニットの光出射口に設け
られた光学部品を清掃するようにしている。2.
