Description of the Related Art In an ironworks, metal products such as a plating plate and a strip steel coil are usually temporarily stored in a storage warehouse after production until shipment, and during storage, condensation occurs due to condensation. In order to prevent the generation of rust, rust preventive oil is applied to the product surface, or the entire product is wrapped with an airtight resin film. However, from the standpoint of environmental protection in recent years, there has been a growing need to remove rust-preventive coatings and omit packaging materials that become waste, without applying rust-preventive oil or packaging products with resin films. There has been a desire for a way to store products naked.

To prevent this, large-scale air conditioning of the entire warehouse is required. Therefore, it is impractical to keep a large warehouse that is frequently loaded and unloaded at a constant condition by air conditioning, and there is a problem that it is difficult in terms of cost.

The drawings show a case where metal products such as a plating original plate and a strip steel coil manufactured in an ironworks are temporarily stocked in a storage warehouse until shipment. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a warehouse, and 10 denotes a metal product. And
In the present invention, when storing the metal products 10 in the warehouse 1, there is a characteristic configuration in which a forced air flow is formed in the warehouse 1. That is, according to the present invention, when there is an air flow in the warehouse 1, the stagnation of the air disappears, the difference in temperature distribution in the space of the warehouse 1 is reduced, and the generation of rust due to dew condensation can be accurately prevented. It has been completed based on the finding that products can be stored for a long period of time without packaging. Note that long-term storage in the present invention means storage for at least half a year or more.

The reason is that it is difficult to completely eliminate the stagnation of the air in the space of the warehouse 1 with an air flow of less than 0.1 m / s, so that it is difficult to obtain a uniform temperature distribution difference. If the speed is higher than 1.0 m / s, a special circulating device or the like is required, which is inferior in economy. Because of forced air flow, natural convection (0.05m /

In the present invention, the dew point temperature of the air flow may be maintained at least 2 ° C. lower than the temperature of the metal product, so that the temperature control is economical and extremely low. It will be easier.

In this case, in the conventional warehouse, it was not economical because it was necessary to maintain a high concentration in order to spread the vaporizable rust preventive agent throughout, but in the present invention, it is required to take every corner by riding the forced air flow. 1 ppm
Sufficient rust-preventing effect can be obtained at a low concentration, and there is no economical problem. The volatile rust preventives include cyclohexylamine carbonate (CHC) and dicyclohexylammonium nitrite (DIPA).

A block of 1500 sheets of 1m × 1m × 0.2mm plating original sheets was stacked in a warehouse of 30m × 50m to form a block, and several blocks were arranged. The warehouse 1 is provided with a fan 2 and a dehumidifier 3 for forming a forced air flow on the ceiling.
Is designed to control the dew point temperature of the air flow by the product temperature sensor 4 and the dehumidification controller 5. In the aforementioned warehouse, under the conditions shown in Table 1,
As a result of storing metal products until the month and testing for the presence of rust, if a forced air flow of 0.1 m / s or more was formed in the warehouse, no rust was generated after 6 months. It was confirmed that the composition had an excellent storage effect. On the other hand, as a comparative example, there is shown a case where a forced air flow was not formed in the warehouse. However, in each case, rust was generated and it could not be adopted as a non-packaged storage means.
