Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type dust collector of a simple constitution and whose dust collecting efficiency is improved by widening the passing range of dust-containing air, improving the contact efficiency between the dust- containing air and water for collecting dust, and effectively utilizing all of the water for collecting dust. SOLUTION: This wet type dust collector has a structure where water 3 for collecting dust is stored in a main body part 2 in which an air discharging apparatus 1 is installed, dust-containing air 5 is introduced into the water for collecting dust through a suction duct 4, the dust-containing air 5 is brought into contact with the water 3 for collecting dust to collect the dust, and discharging the resultant air by the air discharging apparatus 1. In such a dust collecting apparatus, the suction duct 4 is projected inward to the position in the main body part 2 where the duct 4 does not cone into contact with the inner circumerential wall of the main body part 2, and the tip end part 4A of the suction duct 4 is so submerged under the water surface as to be surrounded in all sides with the water 3 for collecting dust.

2. Description of the Related Art In a wet dust collector, water (dust collection water) is stored in a container-shaped main body provided with an exhaust device such as a blower fan, and dust-containing air is contained in the main body. A suction plate is connected to the suction duct, and a partition plate having a lower end slightly submerged is provided in the main body to partition the container space on the water surface of the dust collection water into a suction side and an exhaust side.

Accordingly, when the exhaust device 1 is operated, the air on the exhaust side is exhausted to the outside of the main body, and the exhaust side is in a negative pressure state, and the water surface on the exhaust side rises, and the water surface on the suction side conversely rises. Then, the air on the suction side becomes air bubbles over the lower end of the partition plate and is sent to the exhaust side through the lower part of the partition plate.

Therefore, the dust-containing air is drawn into the suction side of the main body through the suction duct, becomes air bubbles, passes under the partition plate in the water for collecting dust, and is sent to the exhaust side, and is discharged by the exhaust device. Exhausted.

When the dust-containing air passes through the dust-collecting water as air bubbles, the dust-containing air comes into contact with the dust-collecting water, and the dust is trapped by the water and settles, mixes, or dissolves. The dust will be collected by the dust collection water.

However, the conventional wet dust collector has a configuration in which the interior of the main body is partitioned by the partition plate and the dust-containing air is passed from the suction side to the exhaust side, so that the passage range of the dust-containing air is narrow. Effective use of the whole dust water cannot be achieved.

Further, air bubbles of the dust-containing air 5 are formed under the water surface near the water surface of the dust collecting water 3 around the distal end of the suction duct 4 immersed in the water 3 for collecting dust. A mesh plate having a large number of through holes 7 passing therethrough, punched metal,
If the perforated plate 8 such as a lattice member is disposed in the water, the air bubbles of the dust-containing air 5 are reduced by the perforated plate 8 when being sent to the water surface, and the contact area with the dust collecting water 3 is further increased. This increases the dust collection efficiency, and further improves the dust collection efficiency. In addition, the bubbles promote water splash when rising above the water surface, and the contact area is improved, so that the dust collection efficiency is improved.

More specifically, the bubble-dispersion restricting body 6 is suspended and fixed in the water from the tip 4A of the suction duct 4, and the bubble-dispersion restricting body 6 is formed in a substantially conical shape having a convex upper surface. (For example, formed in the shape of a quadrangular pyramid as shown), so that the bubbles of the dust-containing air 5 heading toward the lower apex branch off from the apex and progress along each conical surface by being drawn in, so that they are dispersed in four directions. Specifically, a perforated plate 8 is attached and fixed around the distal end portion 4A of the suction duct 4, and the perforated plate 8 provided with a large number of through holes 7 is horizontally installed and disposed near the water surface. Has been established. Therefore, the dust collection water 3 filled in the container-shaped main body 2
The dust-containing air 5 which is bubbled into the water and rises above the water surface so as to be effectively used as a whole is dispersed from the distal end portion 4A of the suction duct 4 to the surrounding four sides and rises. Since the air bubbles of the dust-containing air 5 are made finer by the plate 8 when they are sent to the water surface, the contact area with the dust-collecting water 3 is further drastically increased, and the dust-collecting efficiency is further improved. These bubbles promote water spray when rising above the water surface, and the contact area is improved, so that the dust collection efficiency is improved.

For example, when the exhaust device 1 is stopped when collecting the dust-containing air 5 containing magnesium dust, the main body 2

In this embodiment, when the exhaust device 1 is stopped, the exhaust hole 13 is opened, and when the exhaust device 1 is operated and the inside of the main body 2 is in a negative pressure state, the negative pressure is applied. An exhaust valve device 12 is provided which automatically closes an exhaust hole 13 by a suction force.

More specifically, a valve housing 14 is provided in the exhaust hole 13 provided in the main body 2, and a valve body 15 for closing the exhaust hole 13 is housed in the valve housing 14 as freely as possible. When the inside of the main body 2 is in a negative pressure state due to the operation of the exhaust device 1, the valve element 15 in the valve housing 14 is attracted to the exhaust hole 13 by the suction force of the negative pressure, and the exhaust hole 13 is closed. Conversely, when the exhaust device 1 is stopped and no longer under the negative pressure state, the valve body 15 falls or separates in the valve housing 14 due to its own weight or exhaust wind, and the exhaust hole 13 is opened, and the stationary gas such as hydrogen gas is discharged. The air is exhausted from the exhaust hole 13 to the outside.

Accordingly, the valve housing portion 14 is configured to be housed and held so that the operation of the valve body 15 adsorbing to the exhaust hole 13 and dropping depending on the presence or absence of the suction force is repeatedly and automatically performed. For example, as shown in FIG.
A cylindrical case body provided with a viewing window 17A also functioning as a ventilation hole 17 for confirming the state of contact and separation of the valve body 17 and the valve body 15 is protruded.

When the main body 2 is not in a negative pressure state, the valve body 15 is set to have a weight that separates from the exhaust hole 13 due to its own weight drop or exhausted wind. For example, a light spherical body such as a ping-pong ball as shown is employed.
