導電線との接続面の導電性が低下するため)接地板にマ
スクをかけるなどして、接地端子台本体20aに塗装を
施す必要がある。上記の塗装作業は面倒で手間を要し、
また塗装面のメンテナンスは車両床下での作業であるか
ら面倒である。

に当該防錆塗装面のメンテナンスを行う必要もない。な
お、ステンレス鋼板のハンダメッキ層は長期間にわたっ
て剥離することはないので、導電性の長期間確保の面か
らのメンテナンスを行う必要はない。なお、上記のとお
りハンダメッキ層の機能は、長期間にわたって剥離する
ことがなく、接続面の導電性を確保することであるか
ら、上記メッキの材質は上記機能を奏するものであれ
ば、ハンダ以外のものでも問題はない。

0.05mm程度にしている。

らにまた、防錆塗装面についての定期的なメンテナンス
を不要にすることができる。したがって、接地端子台の
製造コスト及びメンテナンスコストを低減することがで
きる。
