Claims (7)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 筒状であって充填側先端部の近傍の側壁
部に粘性物質を流入させるための流入路を設けたノズル
本体と、該ノズル本体の中央貫通路内を往復移動し前記
流入路を開閉するスプールとを有する粘性物質充填装置
であって、前記スプールが充填側に気体を吹き出す気体
吹き出し機構を有することを特徴とする粘性物質充填装
置。

A nozzle body having a tubular shape and provided with an inflow passage for allowing a viscous substance to flow into a side wall portion near a tip end on a filling side, and said nozzle body reciprocatingly moving through a central through passage. A viscous substance filling apparatus having a spool for opening and closing a path, wherein the spool has a gas blowing mechanism for blowing gas to a filling side.
【請求項2】 前記流入路は、ノズル本体の充填側軸線
と該流入路の軸線が90度より大きな角度を有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘性物質充填装置。

止する工程、及び前記スプールから気体を吹き出す工程
をなすことを特徴とする粘性物質充填方法。

A nozzle body having a cylindrical shape and provided with an inflow passage for allowing a viscous substance to flow into a side wall portion near a tip end on a filling side, and said nozzle body being reciprocated in a central through passage of said nozzle body.
