Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module which is superior in appearance and stability and has a function as television reception antenna by installing a reception antenna element on the surface of the solar battery module or a part which becomes blank of the module in constituting a series-parallel circuit. SOLUTION: A solar battery module is constituted of a solar battery 1, a dielectric 2 of glass and the like, an antenna element 3 and an antenna protection layer 4. The antenna element 3 is arranged in a loop form by making it run through the solar battery 1 so that electrical interference between the solar battery 1 and the antenna element 3 can be suppressed to be a minimum. Since the antenna element corresponds to various frequency bands by changing the size and the structure of the antenna element 3, the function of the reception antenna of all the frequencies such as VHF, UHF, BS and CS can be provided. Then, a television antenna affecting the solar battery 1 arranged on a roof can be eliminated.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, television receiving antennas have been installed upright or overhanging on the roof or roof of a building such as a house, or on a wall surface. In recent years, it has been attempted to dispose solar cells at these sites such as the roof surface. However, conventionally, when both a solar cell and a television receiving antenna are installed on a roof or the like of a house, not only the appearance is impaired, but also a plurality of television receiving antennas, in particular, BS and CS parabolic antennas are installed. In this case, there is a problem that the efficiency of the solar cell is reduced by the shadow of the antenna falling on the solar cell.

Furthermore, since the solar cell (1) is generally laid along the roof, the direction angle and the inclination angle are not fixed. For this reason, in order to obtain the required gain as a television receiving antenna, the gain can be increased by installing a plurality of similar solar cell modules and forming an appropriate parallel circuit. The present invention provides, for example, a solar cell module having the function of a receiving antenna, which has not been seen before, with the above-described configuration.
