However, it is easy to use the rubber plug, but if the plug is not plugged immediately after gas injection, the internal pressure tends to decrease, and if the internal pressure increases, the plug may fall off. It takes a long time to discharge gas after use. The use of the threaded stopper does not cause the stopper to come off, but it takes a long time to discharge gas as in the case of the above, and the workability is reduced. In addition, the sheet-shaped gas sealing valve has a problem in airtightness, and a straw-shaped tube is inserted and extracted when bleeding air, which takes time and takes a long time to discharge.

A hole was made in one end of the airtight bag, and the valve attachment portion (3) of the valve obtained above to the container of the tubular case (4) was overlapped with the airtight bag and heat-welded to mount the valve. Further, the outer side of the airtight bag is wrapped four times with polyethylene laminated kraft paper (83 g / m 2 : trade name: polylaminated paper manufactured by Tokai Koji Paper Co., Ltd.) and hardened with an adhesive to form a multilayer bag (12). Then, a bag-like cushioning material was produced. Air (0.2 kgf / cm 2 ) was injected into the bag-like cushioning material, and the valve was closed to form a bag of about 90 × 150 × 25 cm. The bag cushion filled with air was able to support a load of about 5000 kg. In addition, when the apparatus was left under no load for 60 days, almost no air leakage was observed. In addition, when the lid of the valve was removed for evacuation, the bag flattened in about 10 minutes.

Since the valve of the present invention has the above-mentioned special structure, it is easy to handle to allow the fluid to be injected and discharged, and is excellent in airtightness and dischargeability. Also, by making the portion of the fluid passage provided in the lid movable, and fixing the mountain-shaped convex portion serving as a plug to the container side, the plug is inserted deeply due to the internal pressure at the time of fluid injection, and the lid is securely sealed at the time of exhaustion. If you remove, you can exhaust in a short time. Therefore, the valve of the present invention can be applied to a wide range of business containers and daily necessities such as bottles, bottles, and cans for taking in and out fluid. Furthermore, the bag-shaped cushioning material using the valve of the present invention is excellent in strength, traction, and workability, and is disposed in a gap between products in order to prevent breakage of the product during transportation or transportation of the product. Useful as a cushioning material.
