2. Description of the Related Art Recently, as a social problem such as the global environment and waste pollution, the use of alternative materials to polyvinyl chloride resin, which is a general-purpose plastic, is urgently required. The coated steel sheet is no exception, and the development of PVC-free steel sheet is being promoted. As a representative example of a PVC-free steel sheet, a polyolefin (hereinafter, referred to as PP) film-laminated steel sheet such as polypropylene can be given. PP film laminated steel sheet
Tactile sensation and embossing close to those of PVC steel sheets are possible, and they are quickly adopted. However, the surface hardness of the PP film laminated steel sheet is softer than that of the PVC steel sheet, and handling scratches are likely to occur during press forming. PET film laminated steel sheet is also a promising material as a PVC-free steel sheet. PE
The T film is tough and can reduce the thickness of the film. The thinned PET film-laminated steel sheet is a material that has a high surface hardness and is unlikely to cause handling scratches.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The present inventors have found that the surface hardness is high,
The inventors carefully studied a film-laminated steel sheet which is unlikely to cause scratches during handling and has an embossed appearance. The present invention has been completed by finding a resin film satisfying the above conditions. Copolyester resin film as a transparent resin film, PET as a comonomer,
A film formed from cyclohexane dimethanol or a polyester resin obtained by copolymerizing cyclohexane dimethanol and isophthalic acid and then embossed was used. The copolyester resin used in the present invention has been developed by Eastman Chemical Company for the purpose of improving the molding processability, heat sealing property, etc. of PET. Because of its excellent moldability and heat sealability, it is used for food packages, cards and the like. Here, the inventors have
It has been found that a film molded product of a polyester resin obtained by copolymerizing ET with cyclohexane dimethanol as a comonomer has excellent embossability. An embossed appearance equivalent to that of the PVC film was obtained at a processing temperature of 120 to 180 ° C. under the same conditions as for the PVC film.

The copolymerized polyester resin is obtained by copolymerizing PET with cyclohexane dimethanol as a comonomer, and further copolymerizing isophthalic acid with cyclohexane dimethanol. The copolymer of isophthalic acid is excellent in transparency and moldability. Colored pigments, aluminum powder, other polyester resins to the extent that these copolymerized polyester resins do not impair transparency,
Additives such as an ultraviolet absorber may be blended, and those formed into a film by an extrusion method or the like are used.

When laminating a transparent resin film on a steel sheet, the film thickness is 40 μm in consideration of the emboss depth.
m or more. Although the upper limit of the film thickness is not particularly limited, it is not preferable that the thickness exceeds 300 μm from the viewpoint of cost. The copolymerized polyester resin film is easier to adhere than the PET film, but if necessary, the surface in contact with the adhesive layer can be easily corona-discharged, or can be easily adhered by coating the film surface with acrylic resin, polyester resin, etc. Processing may be performed.
During the embossing of the copolymerized polyester resin film, it is necessary to suppress the propagation of the embossed shape to the surface in contact with the adhesive layer. For example, when a deep embossing process is performed on a film having a thickness of less than 100 μm, when the emboss propagates to the back side of the film (the surface in contact with the adhesive layer), the deep portion of the emboss protrudes into the adhesive layer, and a thin film adhesive layer described later is formed. It is difficult to firmly adhere the film to the steel plate via the steel sheet. Therefore, at the time of embossing, it is necessary to take measures such as pressing down a smooth roll on the surface in contact with the adhesive layer which is the opposite surface of the emboss roll. The order of embossing and printing on the surface of the transparent resin film of the present invention is not particularly limited. However, when the embossing form has large irregularities, it is preferable to perform printing first and embossing.

As the colored resin layer, an epoxy resin, a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, a linear high-molecular polyester resin or the like is used as a matrix resin, and a colored pigment,
Those containing an extender, a rust preventive pigment, and other additives are used. The colored resin layer is not limited to a single layer but may be formed in multiple layers, and the thickness is preferably about 2 to 20 μm per layer. The adhesive layer is formed when a colored resin layer and a transparent copolymerized polyester resin film (a printed layer may be provided) are bonded. The adhesive used is
Sufficient adhesiveness can be obtained with a general adhesive, and examples thereof include a one-component or two-component polyester resin-based adhesive and a polyurethane resin-based adhesive. A trace amount of a coloring pigment, aluminum powder, an ultraviolet absorber, or the like can be added to this adhesive. Further, a printing ink layer can be provided on the surface of the transparent resin film which is in contact with the adhesive layer, but the adhesive layer must be transparent except that the printing ink layer includes a solid layer.
The thickness of the adhesive layer is preferably about 2 to 10 μm.

In the present invention, as described above, a printing ink layer can be provided on the surface of the transparent resin film which is in contact with the adhesive layer. As the printing ink, one obtained by mixing a pigment and various additives with a base resin such as a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, and a polyurethane resin is used. The transparent resin film provided with the printing layer includes those provided with a pattern printing ink layer, and those provided with a solid printing ink layer on the pattern printing ink layer. Printing and drying are repeated. The steel sheets used are various types of plated steel sheets such as galvanized steel sheets, alloyed galvanized steel sheets, zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel sheets, and aluminum plated steel sheets, aluminum sheets,
There is a stainless steel plate, etc., which is subjected to pre-coating treatment such as phosphate treatment or coating type chromate treatment as necessary. On a steel plate, a colored resin paint is applied and baked by a known coating method to form a colored resin layer, an adhesive layer is formed in the same manner, and a transparent resin film or a printing ink layer is formed on the upper surface in contact with the adhesive layer. The provided transparent resin film is laminated and immediately cooled to produce an embossed film-laminated steel sheet. When there are a plurality of colored resin layers, coating and drying may be repeated.
