3と板厚の薄いウェ−ブばね4が、単なる平坦なワッシ
ャ−5を挟んで可動側固定板1に押圧を与え、本体側固
定板2との間で摩擦力が発生する様に構成されている。
その為、可動側固定板1が開いている時には、凸部1a
は本体側固定板2の平坦部2bと相対するので、板厚の
薄いウェ−ブばね4は大きくたわみ、板厚の厚いウェ−
ブばね3は必要な摩擦力に対応する押圧を与えてたわん
でいる。可動側固定板1が閉じる位置に近づくと、凸部
1aは凹部2aの側面傾斜部2cに相対し、板厚の薄い
ウェ−ブばね4が大きく作用し、可動側固定板1は閉じ
る方向に動かされクリック動作するので、閉じ位置で隙
間が空いてしまう事は無い。図3は、ビデオカメラの液
晶表示装置の蝶番に同様な機能を応用した例で、液晶表
示装置が開閉する為の開閉板11に摩擦及びクリック機
能を付与すると共に、液晶表示装置の回転に対しても回
転板12にて摩擦及びクリック機能を付与している。
尚、カム13は、液晶表示装置と本体をつなぐハ−ネス
の保護をする為、液晶表示装置が90゜傾いたままで開
閉され無い様、本体固定板14との間で開閉板11及び
回転板12の動きを阻止する為の物である。
