【発明の効果】本発明の模様入り化粧パネルは、模様入
り化粧シートと有機繊維質基材及びその有機繊維質基材
とは異なる繊維質基材で補強された発泡樹脂とが一体に
成形されているので、意匠性に優れ、軽量である。その
ため、浴室等の内装の改装に好適であり、適度の厚さを
有するので改装前の下地の凹凸や段差を拾ってしまうこ
とがなく、パネルの貼付け作業は接着剤等で簡単に行
え、専門的な技能を要しない。特に、第二発泡樹脂層の
繊維質基材としてガラスマットを用いると、剛性が高
く、また反りにくい利点もある。また、本発明の模様入
り化粧パネルはカッター等で簡単に切断できることか
ら、施工現場での作業性も優れている。また、模様入り
化粧パネルの模様入りシートと第二発泡樹脂層とは、模
様入りシートに接着させている有機繊維質基材を介して
発泡樹脂で行われるため、互いに強く固着しており、し
たがって、第一発泡樹脂層と第二発泡樹脂層との間で剥
離を起こしにくい。本発明の製造法により、本発明の模
様入り化粧パネルを容易に製造できる。
