Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and simple seal cap structure for a synthetic resin container for a transfusion liquid, in which a cap and a needle-insertable stopper can be incinerated together with a container main body for disposal, and which has no possibility that an inner solution is contaminated even in the case where tamper conduct is done. SOLUTION: In this seal cap structure, a neck 11 of a synthetic resin container for a transfusion liquid is capped with a cap 4 under the condition of capping a needle- insertable stopper 2 on a pouring port of the neck. The cap 4 is molded of a synthetic resin, and a slit part 24, which is broken by the operation of a pulling operating piece 14, is provided in top face of the cap. When the neck is capped, the slit part 24 is disposed in the region E of an upper edge part of the pouring port of the neck 11, and a protective bead 11a is provided on the inner circumferential side of the upper edge part of the pouring port of the neck 11. A container main body 1, the needle-insertable stopper 2 and the cap 4 can be incinerated together for disposal without being sorted and, even in the case where a sharp object is inserted into the slit part 24 for breaking, the penetration of such an object into the neck 11 is prevented, so that the contents are not contaminated.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a sealing structure of a transfusion container of this kind is formed on a neck 111 of a container main body 101 of a synthetic resin container for transfusion so as to protrude from an outer periphery of a spout mouth. After integrally forming a flange portion 111a to be closed and closing a spout of the neck portion 111 with a rubber needle plug 102,
An aluminum cap 104 is covered over the needle plug 102 and the flange 111a, and the upper surface thereof is covered with a cap cover 103 made of synthetic resin. The cap 104
The lower edge is crimped inward to form a flange 111a.
The spout is sealed by hooking the lower surface of the spout. Then, the cap 104 and the cap cover 103
Are integrated by means such as fitting at substantially the center thereof, and a slit 104 a is formed in an annular shape on the upper surface of the cap 104. And when using it,
By pulling up the cap cover 103 strongly and breaking the slit portion 104a, the upper surface of the needle plug 102 is exposed, and the infusion needle is inserted into the exposed portion of the needle plug 102.

In the above-mentioned conventional infusion container, the cap 104 which covers the flange portion 111a of the used infusion container remains, and since such a cap 104 is made of aluminum, the conventional infusion container is made of aluminum. The cap 104 must be treated in a separate step of separating the container body 101 and the needle plug 102 before incineration of the infusion container, which not only causes a high cost, but also requires a separate operation. It was very troublesome. In order to solve such a problem, it has been proposed that the cap portion is formed of a material that can be incinerated, that is, a synthetic resin material, and can be incinerated together with the container body. In this case, if a tab or a pull top is provided in the slit portion of the cap, and these are pulled, the cap is partially broken by the slit portion so that the needle plug can be exposed, which is structurally simple and preferable. . However, as a practical matter, there is a danger that a person other than the nurse or doctor or the like will mischief and pierce a sharp object through the slit for breaking to contaminate the contents. become. Achieving a complex structure and management process for complete incineration and protection from mischief would lead to high costs, and a simple structure would require some contrivance.

As described above, the present invention can be incinerated without separating the cap and the needle plug from the container main body, and can be mischievous due to such disposability and the slit for breaking. The safety that the contents liquid is not contaminated and there is no such danger can be achieved only by selecting the arrangement position of the slit portion, and the structure is simple and inexpensive. In addition, when a protective bead having the upper end edge inner peripheral side protruding upward is provided around the neck as in claim 2, a sharp tip penetrated from the slit penetrates the needle stopper and the neck portion. Since it is prevented from entering the inside, safety is further improved. Further, when the rising ring wall is provided along the outer edge of the slit portion formed by the groove portion as in claim 3, the rising ring wall prevents a sharp-pointed object from being laid in the groove portion and pierced. As described above, the safety is improved. Moreover, the fastening state of the cap is performed by locking the locking projection to the ratchet pawl as in claim 4. In such a case, the locking projection and the ratchet pawl can be integrally formed with the cap or the container body. The structure is simple, and although it is a screw-in system, it can be firmly fixed without loosening or reverse rotation, so that there is no liquid leakage and there is no need to worry about this. Therefore, the cap and the needle plug can be incinerated together with the container body by the above, and moreover, it is mischievous,
Even if a sharp object is inserted, the content liquid is not contaminated by the sharp object and is safe, and it is possible to newly provide a simple capping structure of an infusion container which can maintain water tightness.
