前記柄の内部に樹脂又は厚紙で形成された中間部材を収納し、該中間部材を押し下げることにより清掃部を取り外すことができることを特徴とする請求項１記載の掃除具。
【請求項３】
前記保持部は、ヒンジにより開閉可能とされ、中間部材を押し上げることにより清掃部を取り外すことができることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の掃除具。
【請求項４】
前記柄を前後に分割し、それらの端部に連結部を設けることで、前後の柄を自在に連結及び分割可能としたことを特徴とする請求項１乃至請求項３の何れかに記載の掃除具。
【請求項５】
前記柄を前後に分割し、後部の柄を前部の柄の内部に収納できるよう前部の柄を中空に形成すると共に、前記保持部を柄とは別体とし、該保持部の後方を細長く形成して柄の内部に差込んで連結し、後部の柄で該保持部を押して移動させることにより前記清掃部の取外しを行うことを特徴とする請求項１記載の掃除具。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、便器の汚れや風呂場、台所など水回りの清掃に用いる使い捨て掃除具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の便器掃除具としては、硬質プラスチック製の柄の先端部にスポンジ状の部材を取り付けたものが知られている。
この便器掃除具は、便器に洗浄液を流したのち、便器内に付着している汚れや汚物を取り除くために使用されるものであるが、便器を使用する毎にこの掃除具を使用するという性質のものではなく、定期的に、例えば、毎朝とか２日に一度とか使用されるものである。そのため、他人の使用後に便器に汚れや汚物が残留していることがあり、便器を次に使用する人に不愉快な気分を味わわせることがあるばかりでなく、この掃除具を一度使用すると、水分を吸収すると共に、汚物までも吸収しこれに残留してしまうため極めて不衛生である。また、この掃除具は収納場所を取り、スペースの狭いトイレには不向きの場合もある。

また、風呂場や台所などの水回りの清掃用に使用されるものとして、硬質プラスチックから成る柄の先端部にブラシ状の部材を取り付けたものが知られている。この掃除具も、便器用の掃除具と同様に掃除する場所に洗浄液を流したのち、付着している汚れを取り除くために用いられ、定期的に、例えば、２日に一度くらいの割合で使用されるものである。

また、この掃除具は、一度使用すると水分と共に汚物までも吸収して残留させる性質がある点は便器の掃除具と共通しており、夏場などには、水はけの悪い先端部にカビが生えるなど不衛生なもので、収納に際しては、風呂場の一角に掃除具に付属のケースに入れて置くか風呂場の壁面に設けたフックに吊るしておくことが多いため、収納場所をとるだけでなく見た目にも不潔感があり、風呂場の快適性を損なう要因となるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来技術の問題点を解決し、便器、風呂場、台所などの汚れを清掃することのできる使い捨ての掃除具を提供することを課題とする。
即ち、ホテルやデパ−ト等の不特定多数の人が出入りする施設では、トイレが頻繁に使用され衛生面の管理が重要視されている。また、列車や飛行機のように狭いスペ−スで、しかも水洗の量に限界のある場所に設けられたトイレでは特に衛生面が重視される。そのため、便座に用いる衛生用品としてトイレシ−トペ−パ−が使われ、便器を使う人に好感が持たれている。

ところが、便器内の汚れや汚物を清掃する簡便な掃除具は従来技術のような商品しかなく、その商品開発が産業界の課題として存在していた。
さらに、風呂場や台所用の掃除具も従来技術のようなものしかないため、使用後の保守管理や収納面で改善の余地があり、清潔に使用可能であると共にコンパクトに収納することのできる商品が求められている。

本発明は、便器、風呂場、台所を使用した後に汚れや汚物を清掃し、次に使用する人に不快感を与えないようにするために開発された商品である。本発明に係る掃除具は使い捨てであるから、使用後は簡単に保持部から汚れた清掃紙を便器内に取り外して水に流すことができ、残った柄の部分は汚物入れに捨てれば良い。

【課題を解決するための手段】

このように構成することにより、柄をコンパクトに収納できると共に、使用後に簡単に清掃部を取り外すことができ、しかも取り外し作業で手が汚れることもない。

【発明の実施の形態】

以下、図面に基づいて本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。
図１乃至図３は、本発明の第一実施例を示したものである。
図１において、本発明の便器掃除具１は、柄２と清掃部３を保持した保持部４とからなる。柄２は厚紙で形成し、便器内で水に濡れても容易に変形しないものを用いる。一方、保持部４に保持される清掃紙（清掃部）３は、水に分解する厚さ５ｍｍ〜１０ｍｍ程度の紙で殺菌加工を施したものを用いる。

図7において、本発明の掃除具１は、前方部２ａ及び後方部２ｂに分割して形成し連結部２７で連結された柄２と、柄とは別体に設け前方部の柄２ａと連結された保持部４とからなる。前方部の柄２ａ及び後方部の柄２ｂは、耐水性を考慮して樹脂から形成し、前方部の柄２ａの端部には連結部２７ａが、後方部の柄２ｂの端部には連結部２７ｂがそれぞれ設けてある。該連結部の嵌め合わせの関係は、前方部の柄２ａに設けた連結部２７ａに、後方部の柄２ｂに設けた連結部２７ａより大きい内径で中空に形成された連結部２７ｂを、前方部の柄２ａに設けた止め部２６（図９参照）の位置まで嵌合させて連結するものである。

一方、保持部４は図７及び図８に有るように、その先端には水で分解するよう厚さ５ｍｍ〜１０ｍｍ程度の紙を扁平な円柱状に形成して殺菌加工を施した清掃紙（清掃部）３が取り付けられている。保持部４の構造は、図１０に示すように、係合突起２0をヒンジ２１の両側部近傍に設けて成形し、上下に対向した部材がヒンジ２１を介して一体に形成されている。前記部材のうち上方の部材には該部材の撓みや変形を防止するためのリブ２２が設けられており、下方の部材の前部には清掃紙３の取付位置がずれないようにするための止め板２３が設けられている。

さらに、図９及び図１０に示すように、保持部４の先端部には滑り止め突起２４を設けて清掃紙３が不用意に外れないようにすると共に、清掃紙３を挟んだ保持部が開かないように、前記保持部４のヒンジ側を細長く形成し、前方部の柄２ａの内部に差込んで連結している。この時、保持部４はヒンジ２１の近傍に設けた係合突起２０を前方部の柄２ａの内部に設けたガイド溝２５に係合させて取り付けられており、後方部の柄２ｂを用い保持部４をヒンジ側から押すことで前方向にスライドさせて清掃紙３を容易に取り外すことが可能である。前記ガイド溝２５は柄の内部から見ると長手方向細長く形成された窪みであり、外部からは長手方向に細長く形成されたリブ状をしている。

次に、図１１ａを参照しながら柄及び保持部の動きを使用時の手順に従って説明すると、本発明に係る掃除具1は図９及び図１１ａに示すように、口径の大きい前部の柄２ａの内部に口径の小さい後方部の柄２ｂが収納された状態にある。そこで、まず口径の大きい前方部の柄２ａの内部から後方部の柄２ｂを引き抜いて反転させた後、分割して形成された各々の柄の端部に設けた連結部２７ａ及び２７ｂを連結することで図１１ｂに示すように1本の長い柄を構成する。

本発明は、以上説明したような形態で実施され、次のような効果を有する。
本発明による掃除具は、便器、風呂場、台所などの使用後に、誰でも簡単に便器、風呂場、台所の汚れや汚物を清掃でき、しかも汚れた清掃部を水で流すことができるので、掃除具の保守管理の煩わしさを解消し、衛生面で優れた効果を有するものである。
