Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature elevation of a refrigerator and reserve cold air in the refrigerator without generating outflow of the same even upon opening or closing a front door by a method wherein respective receiving shelves in the refrigerator are provided with an individual door so that the front surface of respective shelves in the refrigerator is closed even when the front surface door of the refrigerator is opened and cold air in the refrigerator is held in the shelves. SOLUTION: The housing unit of a refrigerator 1 comprises a front door 2 of the refrigerator, shelves 3 partitioning the inside of the same, and front surface cold air outflow-preventing doors 4 while the housing unit is divided into several stages by the shelves 3 of lattice type or of glass plate or the like provided with a gap from the wall of the refrigerator for the circulation of cooled air. The doors 4 are mounted openably at the inserting port of the shelves before the same whereby the inside temperature of the refrigerator is not raised suddenly even when outside air flow into the refrigerator by the opening and closing of the front door 2 for the same and an electric energy consumption for the restoration of the temperature elevation is reduced. The doors 4 are mounted on the refrigerator at any time by a mounting stay or an adhesive tape.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a refrigerator provided with a cool air outflow prevention door on each shelf in a refrigerator.

2. Description of the Related Art Refrigerators are provided with separate shelves, but the front surface of each shelf is generally not closed. In order to mount the cold air outflow prevention door 4 in the refrigerator manufacturing process line and to mount the cold air outflow prevention door 4 to a conventional non-equipped refrigerator, it is possible to attach it at any time by using an installation step 6 or an adhesive tape. As for the ability to prevent the outflow of cold air, the same performance as the mounting in the manufacturing process can be expected.

By installing the cool air outflow prevention door 4, it is expected that about 30% of electric energy can be saved at an average of 10 to 15 times a day at ordinary households.

[Claims] 1. A refrigerator with a cool air outflow prevention door, wherein a door which can be opened and closed by a rotating part is provided on a front surface of each shelf.
