Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the manufacture at a low cost only with a minimum design change and prevent the content, particularly, a cylindrical body within a housing part by integrally molding a protruding part protruded into the housing part to press the content in the housing part on the upper wall part of the housing part. SOLUTION: A housing part 2 can house a round can 8a of about 250 cc on a deep wall 4d side and a round can 8b of about 350 cc on an opening part 3 side in the lying state. Substantially quadrilateral protruding parts 6 for the round cans 8a and 8b are formed inward on the upper wall part 4a of the housing part 2, respectively, and the protruding parts 6 are continued to the upper wall part 4a and integrally molded. Each of the protruding parts 6 is thinned on three sides, so that thin parts 7 are deflected by elastic deformation to press the round cans 8a, 8b from the protruding part 6 side, although they press the protruding parts 6. Accordingly, the round cans 8a, 8b are nipped and held between the protruding parts 6 and a lower wall part 4b and can be prevented from rolling down from the housing part.

[0003] The storage case 21 having the above structure is often applied as a storage case for an automobile. As shown in Fig. 7, when the storage case 21 is attached to, for example, an instrument panel 26 of an automobile, the opening 23 is arranged toward the occupant side. The lower wall 24b has a slope 25 having a predetermined angle α such that the height from the horizontal plane increases from the back toward the opening, while also facilitating the removal of the storage items from the storage section 22 and preventing the storage items from dropping.
The opening 23 is provided with an instrument panel 26.
Is attached to the main body by a mounting screw 27.

FIGS. 1 to 3 show a vehicle storage structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing its appearance, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, a storage 1 for a vehicle includes a storage unit 2 including an upper wall 4 a, a lower wall 4 b, a side wall 4 c, and a back wall 4 d.
An opening 3 provided on the front surface of the storage section 2 is provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, the storage unit 2 has a 250 cc round can 8a on the back wall 4d side and a 3 cc round can 8a on the opening 3 side.
When the 50 cc round cans 8b are stored in a lying state, the height of the storage section 2 and the widths (outer diameters) of the round cans 8a and 8b,
That is, the height gradually increases from the back wall portion 4d side toward the opening portion 3 so that the height of each of the round cans 8a and 8b in a lying state is substantially equal.

The upper wall portion 4a is formed with a generally quadrangular convex portion 6 for the round cans 8a and 8b in a front view toward the inside of the storage portion 2 (ie, the lower wall portion 4b side). The protrusion 6 is integrally formed with the upper wall 4a. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a thinned portion 7 is provided around each of the convex portions 6 on three sides on the opening side and on both side wall portions.
Are formed. Although FIG. 3 shows a cross section corresponding to the large-diameter round can 8b, the distance between the protruding portion 6 and the lower wall portion 4b is shortened, but the cross section corresponding to the round can 8a is configured in substantially the same manner as FIG. You.

[0015] Since the vehicle storage compartment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is configured as described above, the following operations and effects can be obtained. That is, the vehicle storage compartment 1
Then, since the convex portion 6 is provided on the upper wall portion 4a toward the inside of the storage portion 2, when the 250 cc and 350 cc beverage cans 8a and 8b are put in the storage portion 2, the round can 8a ,
When the contact portion of the convex portion 6 is pressed by 8b, the convex portion 6 receives a load from the round cans 8a and 8b. However, since the three peripheral portions of the convex portion 6 are thinned, the thin portion 7 is bent by elastic deformation, and the round cans 8 a and 8 b press the convex portion 6, while the round cans 8 a and 8 b press the convex portion 6. From elastically. Therefore, the round cans 8a and 8b are held between the projection 6 and the lower wall 4b while being held therebetween, so that the round cans 8a and 8b can be prevented from rolling down from the container 1.

Also, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG.
Is shaped to correspond to each of the 250 cc and 350 cc beverage cans 8a, 8b, so that the cans 8a, 8b can be securely held, which is very convenient. In addition, since the convex portion 6 is provided on the upper wall portion 4a, there is no problem in appearance, ease of use, and uneven gloss when the thin portion 7 is formed. In addition, the vehicle container can be manufactured by integral molding, and the shapes of the convex portions 6 and the thin-walled portions 7 are such that it is difficult to remove the mold during the injection molding and there is no worry during the processing and molding. Can be something. Also, as mentioned above,
Since the resin (PP or the like) used in the conventional structure can be manufactured sufficiently, it can be implemented at low cost and with only minimal design changes.

Next, with reference to FIGS. 4A to 4D, second to fifth embodiments of the present invention will be described. In the second to fifth embodiments, the convex portion 6 in the first embodiment is changed, and the other portions are configured in the same manner as the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted. That is, instead of the two convex portions 6 and 6, one convex portion 11 having a quadrangular shape in a front view may be provided as in the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4), a plurality of convex portions 12 each having a quadrangular shape when viewed from the front may be provided as in the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4C. Also, as in the fourth embodiment shown in FIG.
A rod-shaped protrusion 13 extending in the generatrix direction of the cylindrical body such as 8b may be provided, and a large number of spherical protrusions 14 may be provided as in the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. Good.

Is pressed by a cylindrical body such as the round cans 8a and 8b and receives a load from below, and the thin portion 7 on the periphery of each of the convex portions 11, 12, 13, and 14 is bent by elastic deformation, and thereby the round cans 8a and 8b Is also pressed from the convex portions 11, 12, 13, 14 so long as the round cans 8a, 8b can be held by holding the convex portions 11, 12, 13, 14 and the lower wall portion 4b. The shape of each of the projections 11, 12, 13, 14 does not matter.

Incidentally, in the first embodiment of the present invention,
Although the three peripheral portions of the convex portion 6 having a substantially quadrangular shape are formed in the thin portion 7, the entire peripheral portion of the convex portion may be thinned. In other words, as long as the storage portion such as a round can can be elastically held and held by the convex portion and the lower wall portion, the thin portion formed on the peripheral portion of the convex portion is limited in its range. is not. In addition, not limited to the round cans 8a and 8b, when it is used exclusively for other stored items, it goes without saying that the convex portion 6 may be formed so as to correspond to the shape of the stored items.

The lower wall 4b is provided with a slope 5 having an angle θ so that the height from the horizontal plane increases from the back toward the opening.
Further, the holding effect is enhanced, and the rolling and falling of the round cans 8a and 8b can be reliably prevented.

As described above in detail, according to the vehicle storage structure of the present invention, a convex portion is provided on the upper wall portion of the storage container to the inside of the storage portion, and the convex portion and the lower wall portion of the storage container are provided. By holding the container, the container can be held in the container by holding the container, so that the cylindrical container can be reliably prevented from rolling down. Furthermore, since it can be manufactured at a low cost with only a minimum design change, and is excellent in appearance and usability, and can be easily processed and formed, it is possible to provide a vehicular storage box which is easy to implement and has extremely high commercial value.
