式に係止固定させる方式の難点である、固定が不確実に
なり易い問題も略完全に解決出来る。 (e) チャンネルブラシの固定用の皿頭ボルトは、そ
の頭頂を、隣接するチャンネルブラシの裏面で押さえ付
けられているので、ブラシロールの研磨振動や研磨圧に
よって、ボルトのぶれ振動を確実に抑止出来る。 (f) 従って、ボルト孔周りの応力疲労を防げて、ブ
ラシロールの寿命を大幅に延ばすことが出来る。 (g) ロール軸へのチャンネルブラシの着・脱は、総
て螺止・螺脱作業だけで足りるので、作業の初心者でも
迅速・確実に行える。 (h) チャンネルブラシを、ロール軸に対して斜め向
きに取付けることによって、大きな研磨圧が、チャンネ
ルブラシの全長に亘って、一挙に及ぼされなくて済む。
