【請求項4】 塩基性アミノアシルリン脂質がホスファチジルグリセロール
の塩基性アミノ酸エステルである請求項3記載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項5】 ホスファチジルグリセロールの塩基性アミノ酸エステルがリ
ジルホスファチジルグリセロールまたはオルニチルホスファチジルグリセロール
である、請求項4記載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項6】 微生物が菌体内に塩基性リン脂質を含有する微生物である、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項7】 微生物が細菌、酵母またはカビである、請求項1〜6のいず
れか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項8】 微生物がバチルス(Bacillus)属、ストレプトコッカス(St
reptococcus)属およびラクトバチルス(Lactobacillus)属から選ばれる属に属
する微生物である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項9】 微生物がバチルス・ズブチルス(Bacillus subtilis)、バ
チルス・ナットウ(Bacillus natto)、バチルス・メガテリウム(Bacillus mega
terium)、バチルス・リチェニフォルミス(Bacillus licheniformis)、バチル
ス・セレウス(Bacillus cereus)、ストレプトコッカス・フェカリス(Strepto
coccus faecalis)、ストレプトコッカス・デュランス(Streptococcus durans)
、ストレプトコッカス・ファシウム(Streptococcus faecium)、ストレプトコ
ッカス・アガラクティア(Streptococcus agalactiae)、ラクトバチルス・ブル
ガリカス(Lactobacillus bulgaricus)、ラクトバチルス・カゼイ(Lactobacil
lus casei)、ラクトバチルス・プランタラム(Lactobacillus plantarum)、ラ

【請求項11】 極性溶媒がエタノール、メタノール、アセトン、ジエチル
エーテルまたはクロロホルムから選ばれる1種以上の溶媒である、請求項10記
載の微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項12】 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質の製
造方法であって、微生物を培養して得られる菌体より極性溶媒を用いて抽出する
ことを特徴とする微生物抽出脂質の製造方法。
【請求項13】 溶媒がエタノール、メタノール、アセトン、ジエチルエー
テルまたはクロロホルムから選ばれる1種以上の溶媒である、請求項12記載の
微生物抽出脂質の製造方法。
【請求項14】 請求項1から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載の微生
物抽出脂質を酵素で処理して得られる酵素処理微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項15】 酵素がホスホリパーゼA 1 、ホスホリパーゼA2 、ホスホ
リパーゼCおよびホスホリパーゼDから選ばれる1種以上の酵素である、請求項
14記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質。
【請求項16】 酵素がペプチダーゼ、プロテアーゼおよびトランスグルタ
ミナーゼから選ばれる1種以上の酵素である請求項14記載の酵素処理微生物抽
出脂質。
【請求項17】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質を含有す
る界面活性剤。
【請求項18】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質を含有す
る乳化剤。
【請求項19】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質を含有す
る澱粉老化抑制剤。
【請求項20】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質を含有す
る抗微生物剤。
【請求項21】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出脂質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質を含有す
るリポソーム基材。
【請求項22】 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の微生物抽出物質ま
たは請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の酵素処理微生物抽出脂質から精製
して得られる塩基性リン脂質を含有するリポソーム基材。
【請求項23】 塩基性リン脂質がリジルホスファチジルグリセロールであ
る請求項22記載のリポソーム基材。
[Claims]
1. A microorganism-extracted lipid which is extracted from cells of a microorganism and contains 10% by weight or more of a phospholipid containing a basic phospholipid.
2. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 1, which contains a basic phospholipid in an amount of 0.5% by weight or more.
3. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 1, wherein the basic phospholipid is a basic aminoacyl phospholipid.
4. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 3, wherein the basic aminoacyl phospholipid is a basic amino acid ester of phosphatidylglycerol.
5. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 4, wherein the basic amino acid ester of phosphatidyl glycerol is lysyl phosphatidyl glycerol or ornithyl phosphatidyl glycerol.
6. The microorganism according to claim 1, wherein the microorganism contains a basic phospholipid in the cells.

7. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the microorganism is a bacterium, yeast or mold.

11. The microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 10, wherein the polar solvent is one or more solvents selected from ethanol, methanol, acetone, diethyl ether and chloroform.
12. The method for producing a microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the lipid is extracted from a cell obtained by culturing the microorganism using a polar solvent. A method for producing a microorganism-extracted lipid.
13. The method for producing a microorganism-extracted lipid according to claim 12, wherein the solvent is one or more solvents selected from ethanol, methanol, acetone, diethyl ether, and chloroform.
14. An enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid obtained by treating the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 with an enzyme.
15. The lipid extracted from an enzyme-treated microorganism according to claim 14, wherein the enzyme is one or more enzymes selected from phospholipase A 1 , phospholipase A 2 , phospholipase C and phospholipase D.
16. The lipid according to claim 14, wherein the enzyme is at least one enzyme selected from peptidase, protease and transglutaminase.
17. A surfactant containing the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
18. An emulsifier containing the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
19. A starch aging inhibitor comprising the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
20. An antimicrobial agent comprising the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
21. A liposome substrate comprising the microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the enzyme-treated microorganism-extracted lipid according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
22. A basic phospholipid obtained by purifying the microorganism-extracted substance according to any one of claims 1 to 11 or the lipid-extracted enzyme-treated microorganism according to any one of claims 14 to 16. A liposome substrate containing
