ムにおいて、 焼却炉と排ガス集塵機を清掃する際に、 清掃用集塵機を焼却炉と接続し、排ガス集塵機との接続
を遮断する工程と、 清掃用ファンにより吸引しつつ焼却炉内の清掃を行い、
この時に発生する粉塵を清掃用集塵機で捕集する工程
と、 清掃用集塵機を排ガス集塵機と接続し、焼却炉との接続
を遮断する工程と、 清掃用ファンにより吸引しつつ排ガス集塵機内の清掃を
行い、この時に発生する粉塵を清掃用集塵機で捕集する
