Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap wherein gas in a container can be efficiently permeated, generated gas can be easily discharged outside, and contents can further be protected from leakage. SOLUTION: The cap 10 is mounted on a tube nozzle 12 of a tube container 11 holding contents which may generate gas, and it seals a tip opening 20 of the nozzle 12 while the generated gas can permeate. The cap 10 comprises a cap body 15 including a fitting portion 13 into which the tube nozzle 12 is fit, an opening 17 formed through a top plate 16 of the fitting portion 13, and a plate member 18 made of a gas-permeable water-impervious material which is placed in tight contact over the top plate 16 while closing the opening 17 from the inside. A protective wall member 19 incorporating a vent hole 21 is integrally formed with the top plate 16, which covers the opening 17 formed through the top plate 16 of the fitting portion 13.

[0003] When the contents of the cap generate gas, it is difficult to permeate the generated gas, and the internal pressure increases, which may damage the container. Alternatively, there are caps that allow gas to permeate, such as wine cork, but once opened, it is difficult to open and close the stopper easily and repeatedly.

The plate member 18 is formed of a material having water-shielding property, that is, liquid-tightness and gas permeability, such as a synthetic resin such as silicon and low-density polyethylene, and cork, and has a thickness of 0.01 to 0.01 mm. About 5mm, preferably 1m
A plate member having an elasticity of about m and having a planar shape slightly smaller than the cross section of the fitting portion 13. In addition, it is preferable that the plate member 18 is formed using a synthetic resin, whereby industrial control of air permeability is facilitated.

The container to which the cap is mounted is not necessarily a tube container, but may be a bottle container. For example, a replacement container such as a squeeze container, a delami container, a popple container, a pump container, or the like may be used. Further, the contained contents may be in the form of paste or powder. Furthermore, the ventilation hole interposed in the protective wall member can be formed so as to penetrate the protective wall member itself as well as the joint portion to the top surface.
