させて要所にボルト締めを施すのであるが、下端面に螺
子孔が穿設された補強壁10がポンプケーシング1の外
周にあるためボルト締め時の位置合せが容易であると共
に、補強壁10の下端面が締付の当りの役割をも果たす
ことになり、組立作業に好便である。11はポンプケー
シング1のシールプレート8上に立設された筒状モータ
フレームであって、上端面はヘッドカバー12を装着す
るなどにより閉塞せられ内部にはモータ13が収容され
ている。モータフレーム11の外周面には、その筒軸方
向へ伸延される水路14と隣接して第2オイル室15お
よび電装室16が円周方向へ並列状に縦設されている。
17・・・・17は上記各室を区画する隔壁である。前記
渦巻室2における巻の終端部2Eは水路14の下端部と
通じ、水路14の上端部はヘッドカバー12の内周部に
形成される誘導路18を経てポンプ吐出口19へ通じて
いる。実施例の図面に示すよう、2個の水路14,14
が対向状に配設せられ、それぞれの下端部が二重渦巻室
2の巻の終端部2E,2Eとそれぞれ各別に導通させて
ある場合には、各水路14,14の上端部がヘッドカバ
ー12内の誘導路18で合流してポンプ吐出口19へ通
じるのである。第2オイル室15は隔壁17を介して水
路14,14間に狭まれるようにして縦設されており、
その下端部はモータフレーム11の下方部に穿設された
通油孔20を介して、メカニカルシール21の周辺部に
形成された第1オイル室22へ通じ、上端部はヘッドカ
バー12の上面から開設された給油口23へ通じてい
る。24は給油口23に施される給油プラグである。電
装室16はその内側面に設けられたリード線引出孔25
を介してモータフレーム11内へ通じ上端面がモータフ
レーム11上方部の電源ケーブル挿通口26へ通じてい
る。
