[0006] The stabilizer used in the present invention is not particularly specified, but may be any one used for the stabilization of ordinary PVC. For example, a lead-based, barium-zinc-based, calcium-zinc-based, or the like can be used. The amount of the stabilizer is 1 to 15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the vinyl chloride resin. If the amount of the stabilizer is less than 1 part by weight, the effect of the stabilizer on PVC is small, and if it exceeds 15 parts by weight, there is a problem of chalking.
