[Prior Art] Conventionally, the method of collecting oil floating on water is a method of scooping it with a heishaku or a bucket. A method of collecting by absorbing on an adsorption mat. A method of using a recovery vessel to collect oil and water together in a suction container and collecting the collected oil and water, and extracting only the oil by an oil-water separator or the like has been performed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention A conventional recovery method using a heishaku or a bucket requires a lot of labor and time, and the damage is greatly expanded. In addition, there is a problem of odor and adverse effects on the body due to volatile vapors emitted from oil. In the method of adsorbing and collecting on an adsorption mat, the conventionally used adsorption mat adsorbs not only oil but also water. In addition, high viscosity oils have the disadvantage that the adsorption action becomes extremely poor. In the conventional method of recovering using a recovery vessel, the amount of recovery is many times the amount of oil to be recovered because water and oil are sucked together, and more recovery containers are required. Also, much time is spent separating the recovered water and oil.

Embodiment 1 FIG. 1 is a partial front sectional view showing Embodiment 1. FIG. FIG. 2 is a partial plan sectional view showing the first embodiment. A guide plate (2) is attached parallel to the side of the hull (1) to provide a water channel. Oil floating on the water as the ship moves forward flows in the waterway from the front of the ship to the rear.

A peat moss container (3) for putting new peat moss is mounted on the hull (1), and a screw blade (13) driven by a motor (12) is mounted on the bottom thereof. The rotation speed of the screw blade can be freely changed by changing the resistance of the motor. Therefore, the protrusion amount of the new peat moss can be freely changed according to the amount of oil to be recovered. Fresh peat moss delivered by the screw blades is sent to the outlet on the opposite side of the motor. New peat moss is sprayed on the oil floating in the water channel by the discharge pipe (4) attached to the outlet, and is guided backward while absorbing the oil.

[0007] The oil and peat moss are mixed by the stirrer (7) driven by the motor (6), so that the peat moss absorbs the oil more effectively. It takes time for the high-viscosity oil to penetrate into the absorbent, but it is quickly and reliably absorbed by mixing.

[0008] The peat moss that has absorbed the oil is guided further backward and is driven by a motor (8).
Is carried above the hull. The properties of peat moss as an absorbent material are absorbed immediately upon contact with oil, but do not absorb for a certain period of time even when contacted with water. Moreover, the absorbed oil does not adhere to the surrounding objects. Therefore, even if the oil has a high viscosity, the oil does not entangle with the screw blade (10). Since a certain gap is provided between the screw blade and the outer cylinder (9), water flows down from this gap to collect only the peat moss that has absorbed the oil. In addition, an inlet for the collected material and a filter (11) are provided at the lower part of the outer cylinder, and an outlet is provided at the upper part. The filter does not move the collected material backward. Pete moss that came out of the outer cylinder exit

Second Embodiment FIG. 3 is a partial front sectional view showing a second embodiment. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the second embodiment. The guide plate (2) is attached in parallel to form a water channel. A screw (19) driven by the engine (18) is mounted behind the waterway. Oil floating in the water is guided backward through the waterway from the front of the hull. The belt conveyor (15) driven by the motor (17) is mounted near the center of the water channel so that the tip of the belt conveyor is located below the water surface and the rear is at a position higher than the deck. If the oil has a low viscosity, the oil can be sufficiently absorbed without mixing the oil and peat moss. Therefore, the peat moss that has already been sprayed and absorbed the oil is led onto the ship by the belt conveyor, and the peat moss that has entered through the peat moss intake (16) is moved to the sliding table (2).
0) guides you into the ship. Water flows down the belt while being transported by the belt conveyor, and is not collected in the ship.

According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. A large amount of oil can be recovered in a short time as compared with the method of recovering using a hisshaku or a bucket. Therefore, the spread of damage is minimized. Further, when oil is absorbed by peat moss, the volatilization amount of the oil drops to one tenth or less in the case of gasoline as an example. Therefore, the adverse effect on the human body can be reduced and the danger of ignition and explosion can be avoided. Compared with the conventional recovery method using the adsorbent, the present invention can absorb and recover even higher-viscosity C heavy oil and the like by mixing the oil and the absorbent. Since the recovery method using the recovery boat of the present invention recovers only the peat moss that has absorbed the oil, it does not require an operation of separating oil and water. When peat moss is used as the absorbing material, the work is easy and the inside of the boat is not stained with oil because the oil does not stick to the oil. Further, the oil recovery ship of the present invention can also recover an absorbent other than peat moss.
