Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full-automatic washing and drying machine of a compact shape by allowing hot air to pass through a passage circulating a blower, a heater, a washing and dehydrating tub and a heat exchange in a washing machine automatically executing from washing to drying and adopting the heat exchange of air-cooling type. SOLUTION: In the washing and drying machine, hot air by the blower 33 and the heater 32 forms the passage circulating the blower 33, the washing and dehydrating tub 25, the heat exchange 31, the heater 32 and the blower 33, and the heat exchange of air-cooling type is adopted. Since the heat exchange of air-cooling type is adopted, the whole constitution is made compact and execution from washing to drying is fully automated in the state of unnecessitating many additional parts.

First, from the washing to the spin-drying, the clothes are thrown into the washing / dewatering tub 25 through the throw-in lid 36, and the washing starts by the rotation of the pulsator 26. Thereafter, the operation proceeds by the operation of a normal fully automatic washing machine, which is to shift to dehydration. Then the process of drying starts. The wind becomes warm air by the blowing operation of the blower 33 and the heat generated by the heater 32, and is sent to the washing and dewatering tub 25 through the telescopic hose 34. The dried material 37, for which dehydration has been completed, is thrown upward by the ribs 27 on the surface with the rotation of the pulsator 26, and the hot air hits it. Then, moisture of the laundry is taken and turned into moist air, passes through the side surface of the washing and dewatering tub 25, passes through the space between the outer wall of the washing and dewatering tub 25 and the inner wall of the receiving tube 23, and Lower circulation path 30
Go into. Thereafter, as indicated by an arrow, the air passes through the air-cooled heat exchange section 31, passes through the heater 32, and returns to the blower fan 33 again. During this process, the moist hot air touches the inner wall of the receiving cylinder 23 and the inner wall of the air-cooled heat exchange section, and is dehumidified on those surfaces, and the heater 3
When it reaches 2, it is cold dry air. By repeating the process of heating the dried air and hitting the object to be dried 37 again, the drying proceeds.
