【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項1】コネクタ電極が設けられた端子部と、前記端子部の断面周囲に所定間隔をおいて配置されるシールドと、前記端子部とシールドとのそれぞれの基部を収容するとともに、前記端子部とシールドとのそれぞれの先端をその一端から突出させたプラグ本体と、前記シールドの幅方向の一側面から突出される係合爪を先端に備えたロッドとからなり、前記ロッドは前記プラグ本体の一側面に設けられた押圧部を押圧することでその先端の係合爪が突出・突入方向に移動可能とされていることを特徴とするシールドコネクタ。
【請求項2】前記プラグ本体を接続するソケット側のシールドコネクタであって、前記シールドの先端が挿入される挿入口と、前記挿入口の内周面に設けられ、前記係合爪を係合する係合部と、前記挿入口において、前記シールドの先端面に対してコネクタの引抜方向に弾性的に当接された押し当て部材とからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項3】前記押し当て部材は導電性の板バネからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項4】前記挿入口は回路基板に装着するためのソケット本体に設けられており、当該ソケット本体の回路基板への装着側の面には前記押し当て部材と導通されたシールド用電極が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項5】前記押し当て部材が導電性の板バネであり、前記シールド用電極は当該板バネの一端が前記ソケット本体から露出されて設けられたものであることを特徴とする請求項4記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項6】前記シールドの幅方向の他側面には当該他側面外方に付勢された突起部を備えている請求項1記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項7】前記端子部の外周には導電性シェルが設けられていることを特徴とするプラグ側のシールドコネクタと、前記端子部を収容するガイドスリーブを有し、前記ガイドスリーブの内周には導電性シェルが設けられていることを特徴とするソケット側のシールドコネクタとからなり、各々の導電性シェルのいずれか一方に、他方に対して隆起する隆起部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のシールドコネクタ。
【請求項8】前記隆起部は、プラグ側のシールドコネクタとソケット側のシールドコネクタの嵌合状態において外力が生じた際の支点位置に設けたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のシールドコネクタ。
