2. Description of the Related Art The following techniques exist for pipes with a spiral guideway, which are used mainly as vertical pipes for sewage and have a spiral guideway on the inner surface of the pipe. There is a method of assembling a tube with an internal spiral guide path in which a flange or a receiving port insertion port is provided on a short pipe with a spiral guide path to make connection. A pipe with a spiral guideway using this technique can be formed relatively easily as compared with a case where the spiral guideway is integrally formed by hand lay-up of fiber reinforced plastic.

However, the spiral guide path has a disadvantage in that even if short pipes with spiral guide paths are connected so that the spirals are almost continuous, the spiral guide paths are discontinuous at the joints of the spiral guide paths for each short pipe.
As shown in FIG. 20, the flowing fluid (sewage) leaks from the gap b between the spiral guide paths a and a (a dotted arrow in FIG. 20), and there is a problem that a complete spiral flow is not formed. As a method of solving this, as shown in FIG. 21, a method of reducing the step at the joint portion of the spiral guide paths c, c, and as shown in FIG. 22, a joint of the spiral guide paths d, d Although a method of enlarging the overlapping portion is conceivable, none of them has been a means of solving the leakage of sewage from a fundamental joint.

Therefore, in order to eliminate leakage of sewage from the seam, rubber (including foamed rubber) filled with a filler is sandwiched between seams (see FIG. 24).
However, in the case of long-term use, the filler e flows out. In addition, during the production, the injection of the filler e varies depending on the operator. In the case of the method in which the rubber f is sandwiched between seams, there is a concern during long-term use that the rubber f is displaced due to deterioration of the adhesive or the like even if the rubber f is fixed with an adhesive or the like.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the sealing rubber 1 having such a shape is placed in a joint portion of the spiral guide path 2.
As shown in FIG. 8 (plan view), the seal rubber 1 is placed at the joint of the spiral guideway 2. The payment method is as follows. As shown in FIG. 9, a seal rubber 1 is attached to the lower end of the spiral guide path 2 of the short pipe with the spiral guide path. When the seal rubber 1 is attached to the lower end rather than the upper end, there is less possibility that a gap between the spiral guide path 2 and the seal rubber 1 is formed in a portion where the fluid flows. Adhesive 4
For the type of adhesive, an adhesive which can be suitably used by selecting a combination of a seal rubber and a short pipe with a spiral guide path, such as an epoxy type or a urethane type, is selected. Next, when the short pipes with spiral guide paths are overlapped and joined in two stages, the short pipes are rotated in the direction of rotation of the spiral so as to be positioned so that the spiral guide paths are substantially continuous. At this time, the step of the seal rubber acts as a stopper in the rotation direction.

The shape and manufacturing method of the seal rubber were implemented as follows. It has a fan shape in a plan view with a shape as shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the gradient of the slope from the upper end of the upper spiral guideway of the seal rubber 1 to the upper surface of the lower spiral guideway is larger than the gradient of the spiral guideway 2 so that the close contact with the lower spiral is better. (See FIGS. 14 and 15).
The seal rubber shown in FIG. 16 has a shape (having the same cross section) suitable for extrusion molding. Costs can be reduced during mass production. The seal rubber shown in FIG. 11 is the same as that of FIG. 9 when combined, except that the surface provided with the upper helical guideway, the lower end surface, the upper surface of the lower helical guideway, the upper surface of the lower spiral guideway, the inclined portion, and other portions are provided. Divide and mold and glue them together. For example, there is an advantage that even when the gap between the spiral guide paths is different at other diameters, it can be dealt with by changing the bonding position. The seal rubber shown in FIG. 4 has a cross-sectional shape in which a surface having contact with the upper spiral guide path, the lower end surface, the upper end upper surface of the lower spiral guide path, the inclined portion, and other portions are linearly connected. It can be molded by molding methods such as extrusion and injection. This shape occurs when the ends of the upper and lower spirals overlap.
Since the bonding area between the seal rubber and the spiral guide path is increased, the reliability at the time of assembly is improved.

From these short tubes, short tubes with spiral guide paths for three pitches were assembled as follows. The seal rubber was formed into a shape as shown in FIG. 12 using a styrene-butadiene copolymer and subjected to a surface halogen treatment. As shown in FIG. 9, the formed seal rubber was attached to the spiral guide inner passage with an adhesive. In the assembly of the pipe with the spiral guide path, the short pipe with the spiral guide path is connected up and down. At this time, as shown in FIG. 13, the rotation direction of the spiral guide path 2 (FIG.
Arrow). By using the seal rubber 1, the seal rubber 1 serves as a stopper in the rotation direction, and the alignment in the rotation direction is facilitated when the spiral guide path 2 is assembled so as to be continuous. In the assembled short pipe 3 with the spiral guide path, no leakage of fluid into the gap between the joints of the spiral guide path 2 was observed.

Example 2 The operation was carried out as shown in FIG. In this embodiment, the triangular portion formed as shown in FIG. 11 and other portions are attached to the upper and lower ends of the spiral guide path of the short pipe with the spiral guide path. Even in such a method, the performance as in the first embodiment can be obtained. The advantage in this case is that, for example, even when the gap between the spiral guide paths is different in another diameter, it can be dealt with by changing the bonding position (see FIG. 11, Example 1). However, there is a disadvantage that when the adhesive is deteriorated, the rubber may come off the spiral guide path.

Embodiment 3 In Embodiment 3, the sealing rubber of the present invention is applied to a method other than the production of a tube with a spiral guideway. The seal rubber used had a configuration in which a triangular portion similar to FIG. 4 and another portion were connected by a straight line. As shown in FIGS. 18 and 19, when the lid 6 is covered with resin, fiber-reinforced plastic, a metal plate, or grating in a hole such as a rectangular human hole 5, the sewage seal rubber 1 of the present invention is used. The lid 6 is set. With the above lid, the odor in the human hole does not leak to the outside, the slope of the lid covers the slope of the lid, and even when the trolley etc. passes over the lid, it does not catch on the step, Does not shift from the hole position. Further, there is an effect that the seal rubber does not come off.

According to the present invention, as described above, when a short tube with a spiral guideway is assembled to manufacture a tube with a spiral guideway, the seal rubber is fitted and disengaged at the joint of the spiral guideway. No fluid leaks from the seam of the spiral guideway. When manufacturing a pipe with a spiral guide path by connecting the short pipes with a spiral guide path, the seal rubber positions the short pipes in the rotational direction, and the manufacture becomes easy. The lower surface of the lower end of the upper spiral guideway of the seal rubber, the lower end surface, the upper surface of the lower spiral guideway, the surface that contacts the upper end surface, and the slope from the upper end of the upper spiral guideway to the upper surface of the lower spiral guideway. Is provided, the step generated at the joint of the turning guide path is eliminated. Since the seal rubber is fitted to the joint of the spiral guide path, the seal rubber does not come off. Further, when used as a seal rubber for a lid of a human hole or the like, an odor in the human hole does not leak to the outside. The step of the lid is covered by the slope of the sealing rubber, so that even when the bogie or the like passes over the lid, the step does not catch on the step. The lid does not shift from the position of the human hole. Also, the sealing rubber does not come off.
