Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ashtray having an ashtray section on the outside thereof because a lighted cigarette is apt to drop outside the ashtray when the cigarette is put thereon. SOLUTION: This ashtray is provided with an ashtray section on the outside thereof because a lighted cigarette is apt to drop outside the ashtray when the cigarette is put thereon. The reason that an inner ashtray is higher than an outer ashtray by about 20 mm is because it becomes difficult to put a light cigarette on the outer ashtray and the cigarette easily drops outside the outer ashtray if the inner ashtray is excessively higher than that. The reason that the width of the outer ashtray is no less than 40 mm is because the cigarette falls in whole into the outer ashtray in case of falling therefrom.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an ashtray in which tobacco falls from the inner ashtray to the outer ashtray because the tobacco is gradually shortened in the case of tobacco.
Also, if the inner ashtray is raised to place cigarettes and the width of the outer ashtray is set to 40 mm or more, all cigarettes fall into the outer ashtray, so that no fire is caused. The shape of the ashtray may be any shape as long as the height, width and dimensions of the inner and outer ashtrays are maintained.
