Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of dioxin while lowering the quantity of chlorine included in the base material to 20 wt.% or less by composing the film base material of PVC resin at 100 pts.wt., plasticizer at 30-70 pts.wt., NBR at 2-30 pts.wt. weight, polyethylene chlorination at 5-40 pts.wt., and fire-resistant filler at 70-200 pts.wt. SOLUTION: Content percentage of chloride is restricted to 20 wt.% or less, and required mechanical strength and desirable breaking drawing are totally evaluated. As a plasticizer, DOP or the like is used, and included at 30-70 pts.wt., desirably at 40-60 pts.wt., in relation to the PVC(polyvinyl ethylene) at 100 pts.wt. NBR is included at 2-30 pts.wt., desirably at 5-15 pts.wt., in relation to the PVC resin at 100 pts.wt. Polyethylene chlorination is included at 5-40 pts.wt., desirably at 10-30 pts.wt., in relation to the PVC resin at 100 pts.wt. The fire-resistant filler such as antimony trioxide and/or aluminum hydroxide is included at 70-200 pts.wt., desirably at 100-10 pts.wt., in relation to the PVC resin at 100 pts.wt.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a PVC tape used as an electrical insulating material in electric wires of electric equipment and automobiles, and more particularly to a tape material in a film base material than a conventional flexible PVC (polyvinyl chloride) tape. The present invention relates to an environment-friendly PVC tape in which the amount of chlorine is significantly reduced.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a soft PVC tape for electrical insulation using a PVC resin composition as a base material, 25 to 60 parts by weight of a plasticizer and 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin as a base material composition, Additives (stabilizers, lubricants, coloring agents, fillers, etc.) in an amount of 2 to 30 parts by weight are generally used. Further, in order to be required for electrical insulation, a resistance value of 1 × 10 12 Ω · cm or more in volume specific resistance value is required.

However, in recent years, there has been a report that dioxin is generated when a chlorine-containing substance is burned. Some reports do not lead to generation depending on the combustion conditions, but there is a problem that generation may occur depending on the combustion conditions of the incinerator, and generation of hydrogen chloride may cause acid rain.

In the present invention, the plasticizer is blended in order to impart flexibility to the film substrate. When the amount of the plasticizer is too large, the mechanical strength of the flame-retardant tape itself is reduced if the amount is too large, and the flexibility is lost if the amount is too small. Therefore, 30 to 70 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the PVC resin. Parts (in terms of DOP), more preferably 40 to 60 parts by weight (in terms of DOP).

In the present invention, NBR (nitrile rubber) is compounded because NBR has good compatibility with PVC resin.
This is because the addition of a large amount of filler prevents the mechanical properties from being lowered and improves the oil resistance. If the compounding ratio of the NBR is too large, the tensile strength decreases, and if it is too small, the elongation at break decreases.
It is preferably 30 parts by weight, more preferably 5 to 15 parts by weight.

In the present invention, the chlorinated polyethylene is blended to prevent a decrease in mechanical properties by adding a large amount of filler and to improve the flame retardancy, and that the chlorinated polyethylene is compatible with the PVC resin. It is for good. If the compounding ratio of the chlorinated polyethylene is too large, the tensile strength is reduced, and if it is too small, the elongation at break is reduced. Therefore, 5 to 40 parts by weight, more preferably 10 to 30 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the PVC resin. Good by weight.

In the present invention, the reason why the flame-retardant filler is blended is to improve the flame retardancy (self-extinguishing property) of the PVC tape itself and to reduce the amount of chlorine in the base material. . If the compounding ratio of the flame-retardant filler is too large, the elongation is reduced. If the compounding ratio is too small, the amount of chlorine in the base material is not reduced.

Industrial Applicability The present invention relates to a PVC comprising a film substrate
In the system tape, the film base material is 100 parts by weight of a PVC resin, 30 to 70 parts by weight of a plasticizer, 2 to 30 parts by weight of NBR, 5 to 40 parts by weight of chlorinated polyethylene, and 70 to 200 parts by weight of a flame-retardant filler. This allows films for electrical equipment and automobiles to have the necessary electrical properties (electrical insulation, flexibility, hand-cutting properties, flame retardancy, etc.) for electrical insulation and binding. The chlorine content of the base material was significantly reduced (20% by weight or less), thereby reducing the generation of dioxin even when incinerated.
