Conventionally, a roofing material made of synthetic resin used as a roofing material is mainly of a flat plate shape. And as a mounting structure of such a flat roof material,
When forming an arched roof, rafters are finely assembled on the main house assembled on the base steel frame to form a square, the entire roof is arched, and a metal fixing such as aluminum is placed on each square. In general, a frame is assembled and a flat roof material is fitted into the fixed frame, or a synthetic resin roof material is pressed around the fixed frame by the fixed frame.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional structure for mounting a roofing material, in addition to the metal fixing frame as described above, a rafter for assembling the fixing frame is added, so that the roof of the daylighting roof is provided. There is a problem that the lighting efficiency is reduced as a result of occupying a considerable part, and the entire roof is heavier due to the metal fixing frame and rafters, and the base steel frame only needs to be strong enough to withstand this. However, there has been a problem that much labor is required for the work of assembling the rafters, the work of attaching the fixed frame, and the like, which lowers the work efficiency and increases the construction cost of the lighting roof. In addition, it is necessary to fill the gap between the fixed frame and the roofing material with a sealing material in order to prevent water leakage, and the installation of the roofing material itself has been complicated.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors previously bent a transparent synthetic resin plate such as a flat polycarbonate as a roof material by bending and forming the same along both side edges. The following proposals were made using a bent-formed plate having a rising edge portion and a mounting structure for a synthetic resin roofing material.

First, a first proposal is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-1442.
24 publication, on the main roof of the building,
A plurality of the bent formed plates are arranged in parallel along the length direction of the purlin in a state where the length direction thereof is orthogonal to the length direction of the purlin, and the corresponding rising of the adjacent bent formed plates is arranged. In this structure, the edges are connected to each other with a fixing member such as a bolt and a nut via a reinforcing member or a holding member mounted so as to be orthogonal to the purlin and along the same. Note that the waterproof cover of the connecting portion is attached at the same time as the connecting operation.

[0008] In the first proposal, since no rafters or fixed frames are used, the lighting efficiency is improved as compared with the related art.
Although there is an advantage that the material cost can be considerably reduced, however, in addition to connecting the rising edge of the bent-formed plate with a fixing member such as a bolt nut via the reinforcing material or the holding metal, a hook bolt or a bolt is further required. Since the structure is such that it is attached to the main house in an exposed state, it is troublesome, the appearance is poor, and it cannot be said that the above effects can be sufficiently obtained in terms of lighting and working efficiency.

A second proposal is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-121.
665, which has a length equal to the width of the purlin as a fixing tool for connecting the bent-formed plate on the main roof of the building, and fixes the vertical connecting wall and the left and right lower ends. A metal member having a U-shaped cross section composed of a wing and upper and lower connecting wings is fixed using a fixing hole of a fixed wing so that the connecting wall is orthogonal to the length direction of the purlin, and then the bending is performed. A plurality of formed plates are arranged in parallel along the length of the purlin in a state where the length direction is orthogonal to the length direction of the purlin,
The corresponding rising edge of the adjacent bent-formed plate,
In this structure, the connecting wall is disposed so as to sandwich the connecting wall from both sides, and then a connecting fixture is used which is connected by bending the connecting wing downward.

[0010] In the second proposal, the lighting efficiency can be improved and the material cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional one in the same way as in the first proposal. On both sides of the connecting wall of the connecting fixture, a rising edge of the bent formed plate is arranged so as to be in contact with the connecting wall, and the connecting wing is fixed by bending the connecting wing downward. It is not necessary to connect the rising edge of the fixing member with a fixing member such as a bolt and a nut, and a member such as a screw is used only for fixing the connecting fixture to the purlin. Easy. In addition, the waterproof cover has an advantage that it can be mounted later after the bending-formed plate is completely fixed.

However, according to the second proposal,
When fixing the fixed wing at the lower end of the connecting fixture to the purlin with a fixing member, the connecting wings at the upper left and right obstruct tools such as a driver to be used, and it is difficult to fix the fixing tool at an accurate position. There is a new problem. As a method of solving this, a work hole for directing a tool perpendicular to the fixing hole is provided directly above the fixing hole of the connecting wing, and the fixing work is performed through the tool through the working hole. Although it is conceivable, in practice, a work hole large enough to match the shape and size of the tool is required, and this work hole reduces the rigidity of the connecting wing, and it is necessary to securely fix the bent plate. become unable. In addition, an extra step of drilling a working hole is required, which is not preferable in terms of function and cost as a fixture.

The method of attaching a synthetic resin roofing material according to the first invention of the present invention uses a synthetic resin roofing material having rising edges extending on both side edges, and using adjacent rising edges. Because they are connected, it is possible to install roofing materials without assembling rafters and fixed frames, etc.In addition, since the laborious work of assembling rafters and fixed frames is not required, work efficiency is improved and costs are reduced. Because it does not use fixing members such as hook bolts and bolt nuts that are exposed and perceived, the appearance can be improved and the rising edge of the synthetic resin roofing material can be reduced. There is no need to provide bolt insertion holes for connection, the risk of cracks due to external stress or internal strain stress is extremely reduced, and the original strength of a synthetic resin roofing material can be maintained high. The synthetic resin roofing material (3) preferably has a dimensional specification in the range of thickness (s) 1 to 5 mm and width (w) 0.5 to 2 m. The height (h) of (4) is suitably in the range of 10 to 50 mm.
Here, the thickness (s) is set in the range of 1 to 5 mm by 1
If it is less than 5 mm, the bending of the synthetic resin plate (P) becomes large, and it is necessary to shorten the interval of the purlin (2) to increase the number. If it exceeds 5 mm, not only the weight increases but also the rising edge (4) This is because it becomes difficult to bend. The reason why the width (w) is set to 0.5 to 2 m is that if the width (w) is less than 0.5 mm, the number of the roofing materials (3) per unit area of the roof increases, the number of connection points increases, and the man-hour for mounting work increases. This is because it is a factor that hinders the appearance of the building (1), and if it exceeds 2 m, the weight increases and the construction work becomes difficult. Further, the height (h) of the rising edge (4) is set to 10 to 50 mm. If the height (h) is less than 10 mm, the connection by the connecting fixture (5) described later becomes unreliable. This is because the rising edge portion (4) of the roofing material (3) is buckled and deformed and cannot be used as a roofing material as it is, particularly when the target roof shape is an arch shape.
