において上記第一部材の中空円筒部を嵌入する嵌入孔を
画成する環状壁を有して、該環状壁の開口縁に複数の弾
性片を設け、当該各弾性片の外面にトリムの取付孔の周
面に係止する係止爪を形成し、各弾性片の内面に上記中
空円筒部の先端外周面に当接する突起を形成したことを
特徴とするトリム固定用クリップ。
