Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 円筒状で先端部に押出しヘッドを設けた
第1シリンダと、この第1シリンダの先端部から離れた
位置に先端が一体的に結合された第2シリンダと、この
第2シリンダの先端から離れた位置に設けられたホッパ
と、前記第1シリンダ及び第2シリンダを加熱する第1
ヒータ及び第2ヒータと、前記第1シリンダ内に同軸的
に設けられてスクリュー駆動装置により回転駆動される
押出しスクリューと、前記第2シリンダ内に摺動自在に
嵌合されプランジャ駆動装置により往復動されて前記ホ
ッパから供給された天然繊維と熱可塑性繊維の混合材料
を前記第1シリンダ内に押し込むプランジャを備えたこ
とを特徴とする押出し装置。
