Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable effectively attaching work of a shielding wire. SOLUTION: A coming-off preventing member 30 and a stopper member 20 are engaged with the outide of a shielding wire 10. When the shielding wire 10 is inserted in an attaching hole 16, an elastic coming-off preventing segment 32 passes the attaching hole 16 while generating diameter shrinkage deformation. When the shielding wire 10 reaches a specified insertion position, a flange type seal part 28 (seal part) abuts against this side hole edge of the attaching hole 16, the segments 32 is elastically returned to an expanding direction and abuts against the depth side hole edge of the attaching hole 16, and the shielding wire 10 is fixed so as not to be able to come off. Electric continuity between a shielding layer 13 and a shielding case 15 (attaching member) is ensured by interposing the coming-off preventing member 30. Attaching of the shielding wire 10 is enabled by simple operation inserting the shielding wire 10 in the attaching hole 16.

Operation and Effect of the Invention [Invention of Claim 1] The installation of the shielded electric wire is only required to insert the shielded electric wire into the mounting hole. In the insertion process, when the elastic retaining piece passes through the mounting hole while reducing the diameter, and the shielded wire reaches a predetermined mounting position, the stopper member comes into contact with the hole edge on the near side in the inserting direction of the mounting hole and the elastic retaining piece. Resiliently returns in the expanding direction and is locked to the hole edge on the back side of the mounting hole, whereby the shielded electric wire is attached to the mounting hole so that it cannot be pulled out and inserted. The work of attaching the shielded electric wire to the mounting hole is only a simple operation of inserting the shielded electric wire into the mounting hole, and does not require labor, time, tools or the like, so that the workability is excellent. In addition, conduction between the shield layer and the mounting member is ensured by the contact of the retaining member with the shield layer and the contact of the elastic retaining piece with the edge of the mounting hole. [Invention of claim 2] Since the elastic contact portion elastically abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole due to the elastic restoring force of the elastic retaining piece in the expanding direction, the contact reliability between the retaining member and the mounting member is improved. Excellent. In addition, since the elastic contact portion abuts on the inner periphery of the mounting hole, unnecessarily expanding deformation of the elastic retaining piece is restricted, so that the shielded electric wire can be reliably removed.

Are fitted into the mounting holes 16 while being elastically adhered thereto. Then, when the shielded electric wire 10 reaches a predetermined mounting position, the elastic retaining piece 32 passes through the mounting hole 16 and resiliently returns in the radially expanding direction, and the tip of the elastic retaining piece 32 and the receiving portion 34 By contacting the edge of the hole on the inner side in the insertion direction (the inside of the shield case 15), the movement of the shielded electric wire 10 in the removal direction is restricted. At the same time, the flange-shaped sealing portion 28 elastically abuts on the hole edge on the near side (outside of the shield case 15) in the insertion direction of the mounting hole 16 so that
Further insertion of the shielded electric wire 10 is restricted. As a result, the shielded electric wire 10 is attached and pulled out in a state where it penetrates through the attachment hole 16 and attached in a state where play in both directions is regulated. Thereafter, in the shield case 15, the terminal fitting 40 is crimped to the end of the conductor 11 of the shielded electric wire 10, and the terminal fitting 40 is connected to an electric device (not shown) in the shield case 15.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the operation of attaching the shielded electric wire 10 to the attachment hole 16 is performed as follows.
It requires only a simple operation of simply inserting and requires no labor, time, tools or the like, and is excellent in workability. Further, since the lower cylindrical seal portion 27 and the flange-like seal portion 28 are elastically adhered to the inner peripheral surface and the outer edge of the mounting hole 16, the gap between the mounting hole 16 and the stopper member 20 can be reduced. Infiltration into the shield case 15 is prevented.
Further, the infiltration of the shielded electric wire 10 from the gap with the stopper member 20 is prevented by the upper cylindrical seal portion 26.

The elastic deformation of the elastic retaining piece 32 is restricted by the contact of the elastic contact portion 35 with the inner periphery of the mounting hole 16. The floating movement of the member 30 in the pull-out direction is reliably prevented. On the other hand, the stopper member 20 is reliably prevented from moving in the axial direction with respect to the retaining member 30 by the engagement between the locking projection 24 and the locking hole 33. Therefore, the flange portion 23 on the stopper member 20 side and the receiving portion 3 on the retaining member 30 side
4 (a gap between the flange portion 23 and the outer surface of the shield case 15) is kept at a certain size without expanding, and the flange portion 23 and the shield case 15 have a flange-like shape. The sealing portion 28 is sandwiched in a state of being elastically crushed and deformed, and exhibits a high sealing function.

Further, the elastic retaining piece 32 is urged in the expanding direction by the elastic restoring force of the flange-shaped seal portion 28,
Since the biasing force acts as a contact pressure between the embossed portion 36 of the elastic contact portion 35 and the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 16, the contact reliability is excellent. Similarly, the flange-shaped seal portion 28
Due to the elastic restoring force, the floating movement of the shielded electric wire 10 in the insertion / removal direction is surely restricted.
