Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work for fitting and removing an electric component to and from the fitting hole of a panel. SOLUTION: When a bulb socket 10 is inserted into the fitting hole 31 of a panel 30, lock pieces 20 are flexibly deformed into relief grooves 16 then are elastically recovered at the back side edge of the fitting hole 31, jaw sections 21 are locked there, thus the bulb socket 10 is fitted to the panel 30. When a main body 11 is rotated from the state that the lock pieces 20 adjoin lock release sections 32, the coupling faces 22 of the lock pieces 20 are coupled with the coupling faces 34 of the lock release sections 32, and the lock pieces 20 are flexibly deformed into the relief grooves 16. Then, the bulb socket 10 can be removed from the panel 30 when the main body 11 is extracted.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-46471 is known as a method of mounting a valve socket in a mounting hole of a panel. This is a structure in which a protrusion is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the valve socket, while a relief groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole so that the protrusion can be inserted.
Insert the valve socket into the mounting hole by aligning the projection with the release groove, and then rotate the valve socket around the axis to lock the projection on the back side of the mounting hole, so that the valve socket can be securely mounted. Has become.
However, this one, when mounting the valve socket,
Two operations, such as insertion and rotation around an axis, are required, and there is a problem that mounting workability is poor.

On the other hand, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 3-78754 discloses an improved mounting workability. In this type, the valve socket is provided with an elastic locking piece, and the valve socket is inserted into the mounting hole while bending and deforming the elastic locking piece. When a predetermined amount is inserted, the elastic locking piece is restored and deformed. By being locked to the lip on the back side of the mounting hole, it is mounted in a retaining state. This is easy to install simply by inserting the valve socket, but when removing it, it is necessary to turn to the back side of the panel and forcibly bend the elastic locking piece, which is a problem for removal work. was there. The present invention has been completed based on the above-described circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily work both when attaching and removing an electric component to and from a mounting hole of a panel. It is in.

<Effects and Effects of the Invention><Invention of claim 1> In order to mount an electric component on a panel, when the electric component is inserted into the mounting hole from the front side of the panel, the locking piece is inserted while being bent and deformed, and a predetermined amount is inserted. When inserted, the locking piece elastically recovers and locks on the back edge of the mounting hole, and the electric component is mounted on the panel. To remove electrical components from the panel,
When the electric component is rotated in the mounting hole, the locking piece engages with the unlocking portion and is flexed and deformed in a direction away from the rim of the mounting hole. Then, the electric component is removed from the panel by being pulled out. Can be. In other words, when attaching the electric component to the panel, it is only necessary to insert the electric component into the mounting hole, and when removing the electric component, it is sufficient to pull out while rotating the electric component. Both of the removal work can be easily performed.

<Invention of claim 2> Since the locking piece is fitted in the gap between the locking release portion and the wall in a substantially tight state,
The rattling of the electrical components attached to the panel can be suppressed. Further, when the electric component is removed, the locking piece and the lock releasing portion can be engaged only by slightly rotating the electric component. <Invention of Claim 3> By inserting the electric component with the locking piece aligned with the mark, the locking piece can be reliably locked in the gap between the rims on the back side of the mounting hole. <Invention of Claim 4> When an electric component is inserted with the locking piece aligned with the mark, the conductive contact portion of the electric component comes into contact with the conductive path of the panel to be connected.
