[0003] When a large drawing of A3 to A1 size is bound in a booklet form, diazo copy paper is conventionally used, a required image is copied on this paper, and then a sheet 1 is manually formed using a water-soluble glue. Bookbinding has been performed by applying glue to each sheet and bonding the sheets together. In this bookbinding method, a vinyl acetate emulsion type water-soluble glue or the like is used, but in this case, water is given to the paper, so that wrinkles and waving are generated, and the finish may be dirty. In addition, in these operations, it is necessary to adjust the glue concentration, which requires specialized know-how, and to remove the wrinkles while drying while pressing. Since a process is required, considerable bookbinding time was required until completion. Also,
Some diazo type copying systems generally used in this system generate ammonia gas and the like, which may adversely affect the environment.

The main component of the acrylic adhesive is an acrylic ester, which is obtained by copolymerizing acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, acrylamide, vinyl acetate, styrene and acrylonitrile. If necessary, a crosslinking reaction may be performed using epoxy, isocyanate, melamine, or the like. The form of the adhesive includes an emulsion type and a solvent type, and any of them may be used. Rubber products are made by adding natural rubber, SBR, butyl rubber, elastomers such as polyisoprene and tackifiers such as rosin, terpene and petroleum resin, plasticizers, etc. However, any of them may be used. In addition, it is also possible to use a mixture of an acrylic adhesive and a natural rubber-based adhesive, and in this case, if the blending amount of the natural rubber is relatively large, deterioration over time occurs, and premature peeling tends to occur. When compounding natural rubber, it is preferable to compound it within a range that does not impair the deterioration of adhesive strength.

In any of the above-mentioned types of adhesives, non-adhesive substances such as inorganic pigments such as silica, clay, kaolin, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, zinc oxide and melamine resin, and organic pigments are applied to the coating surface. By containing 30 to 500% by weight of the adhesive, or by forming a protective film containing a non-adhesive substance on the surface layer, the adhesive action is not exerted unless a release paper is laminated without applying pressure. Let it. That is, the adhesive used in the present invention exhibits excellent adhesiveness only when a predetermined pressure is applied at the time of bookbinding, and it is possible to use an adhesive which does not adhere even when pressed during storage or during running of the copy machine. For example, when an electrophotographic printer is used, the adhesive layer is softened even when heated by a heating element and adheres to a paper feed roll or the like to cause misfeed, double feed,
Those that do not cause jam (paper jam) are preferable. Further, a material which does not cause blocking even when stored in a state where the adhesive-coated surface and the paper surface of the substrate are in contact with each other is used.

After copying or printing images or characters on the image printing recording surface 3 of the thus obtained paper (roll paper) 10 of the present invention by an electrophotographic system, a thermal recording system, an ink jet system or an offset printing system, etc. The sheet is cut to a required size, and the sheet is folded by a folder so that the copied or printed side faces inward as shown in FIG. Next, a plurality of these folded sheets are stacked as shown in FIG.
Lamination is performed so that the surfaces on which the adhesives are applied face each other and can be adhered. Next, as shown in FIG. 1A, both ends (the back-sticking position side and the spread position side) of each half-folded sheet are respectively spread over a certain area (for example, 10 to 20 mm width).
By pressing as described above, pressure is applied to the laminate from above the laminate, and the opposing adhesive-applied surfaces are pressure-bonded to each other to produce a bound book drawing 20 as shown in FIG. The binding (cover) 5 is applied to the bound drawing 20 to complete the binding operation. When pressure is applied to the paper 10, it is also possible to apply pressure to the entire area on which the adhesive is applied to adhere the entire surface of the adhesive.

FIG. 1 shows a roll-type sheet as an embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the sheet of the present invention is cut into A1, A2, A3 and other sizes. It may be supplied in a cut sheet type. In the above-described embodiment, the adhesive is applied to the entire surface of one surface of the base material 1. However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive does not necessarily need to be applied to the entire surface of both opposing surfaces. For example, when a plurality of folded sheets are stacked, it is only necessary that an adhesive is applied to one of the opposite surfaces of the stacked folded paper, and the adhesive is applied. Also, the position may be partially applied to the periphery or the like, not to the entire area of the facing surface.

As shown in Table 1, when the paper of the present invention is used, after a predetermined drawing or character is copied or printed, bookbinding can be performed by a pressure bonding method by a dry method without using a water-soluble glue. No drying time is required, and the bookbinding time, which was one hour or more in the conventional method, can be greatly reduced to only about 5 minutes. In addition, in the conventional method, expertise was required for adjusting the density of the glue and the pressing method after pasting, but using the paper of the present invention does not require a specialized operator, and anyone can easily perform the bookbinding work. In addition to this, it is possible to obtain drawings and the like having good copy quality and print storability of drawings and characters, and to produce no ammonia gas during copying, so that the environment is not adversely affected.
