Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make passengers recognize that a door is prevented from being closed with the operation of a door safety device and improve operating efficiency. SOLUTION: A safety device has a light emitting body 4 provided on a car door 2 for emitting a beam 6 and a light receiving body 5 provided on a car 1 for receiving the beam 6. The car door 2 is prevented from being closed in a beam-interrupted condition. A beam-interrupted period detector is provided for measuring a beam-interrupted period for a preset time. When the beam- interrupted period is over a preset time, the opening/closing operation of the car door 2 is performed specified times as predetermined within a preset short distance from a full-open position. Then, passengers are made to recognize that the door is prevented from being closed with the door safety device.

However, the conventional door safety device has a disadvantage that the operating efficiency of the elevator may be reduced in some cases. That is, as described above, the door safety device is provided in the vicinity of the door. In such a case, since the passenger does not know why the door is not closed, the state is maintained, and the car does not run, so that the operation efficiency of the elevator is reduced.

The object of the present invention is to provide a luminous element which is provided near one of a car door and a landing door of an elevator and emits a light beam, and which is disposed so as to face the luminous object and which is provided with a light beam. And a photoreceptor for receiving light,
In an elevator door safety device including a door control device for preventing the door from closing when the light receiving state is not detected by the light receiving body, the safety device operates after counting the light shielding time without the light receiving detection for a predetermined time. A light-shielding time detecting device is provided, and when the light-shielding time detecting device is operated, the car door is operated by the door control device in a closing direction for a predetermined minute distance from the fully opened position, and the door is opened and opened after the closing operation. This is achieved by causing the operation to be repeated to be repeated a predetermined number of times.

According to the present invention, by counting the light-shielding time for a predetermined time, the car door operates in the closing direction by a predetermined minute distance from the fully opened position, and then performs the operation of opening and fully opening the door. Since the repetition is performed a number of times, the passengers are alerted, and the vehicle can be moved to avoid light blocking. Therefore, unnecessary closing of the door can be avoided, and the operating efficiency of the elevator can be improved.

In the figure, 1 is a car, 2 is a car door, 3
The car door 2 is a door driving device that applies a driving force to the car door 2 for opening and closing. When the driving force of the door driving device 3 is transmitted to the car door 2, the car door 2 opens in the direction indicated by the arrow A and closes in the direction indicated by the arrow B. Reference numeral 4 denotes a light emitter composed of a plurality of light emitting elements, which is attached to the car door 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a photoreceptor composed of a plurality of light receiving elements, which is attached to the car 1 such that the light receiving surface faces the light emitting surface of the light emitting body 4. Reference numeral 6 denotes a plurality of light beams emitted from the light emitter 4, which are received by the light receiver 5. When at least one of the light beams 6 is shielded, the door is closed.

Now, the car door 2 is fully opened, the passenger 7 is getting into the vicinity of the car door 2 in the car 1, and the bag 8 of the passenger 7 blocks several light rays 6. In this state, the photoreceptor 5 detects that not all of the light rays 6 have been received, and transmits a light-blocking detection signal 9. The light-shielding detection signal 9 is input to the door control device 10 on the one hand. In response to the input of the light-blocking detection device 9, the door control device 10 gives a command to the door driving device 3 to prevent the car door 2 from closing.
At this time, since the door drive device 3 does not generate a driving force, the car door 2 does not operate, and the door is closed as described above.

The light-shielding detection signal 9 transmitted from the photoreceptor 5 is input to a light-shielding time detecting device 11 on the other side. From the time when the light-blocking detection signal 9 is input, the light-blocking time detection device 11 measures the time during which the light-blocking state is maintained. When the light-shielding time exceeds a predetermined time, the light-shielding time detecting device 11 sends a signal to the door control device 10 indicating that the light-shielding time has exceeded the predetermined time.

The door control device 10, which has received the signal from the light-shielding time detecting device 11, gives a command to the door driving device 3 to close the car door 2 by a predetermined minute distance. The predetermined minute distance is a distance that does not hinder passengers from getting on and off, and is, for example, about 10% of the width of the car opening.

The door driving device 3 generates a driving force necessary for the car door 2 to move by the predetermined minute distance in the direction shown by the arrow B, and the car door 2 is driven by the arrow by transmitting the driving force. Close in the direction shown by B for the predetermined minute distance. Next, the door control device 10 gives a command to open the car door 2 to the door driving device 3. Door drive 3
Generates a driving force necessary for the car door 2 to move in the direction indicated by the arrow A, and the car door 2 is fully opened in the direction indicated by the arrow A by transmitting the driving force.

The door control device 10 repeatedly issues a command to close the car door 2 and a command to open the car door 2 a predetermined number of times alternately for the predetermined minute distance. Therefore, the car door 2 repeats a predetermined number of times the operation of closing in the direction of arrow B and fully opening in the direction of arrow A within the above-described predetermined minute distance range from the fully opened position.

With the above configuration, when the light-shielding state continues for a predetermined time or more, the vehicle can be moved from the position where the car door is fully opened to a predetermined minute distance which does not hinder passengers getting on and off. Since the opening and closing operations are repeated a predetermined number of times, the passengers are alerted and can be moved so as to avoid light blocking. Therefore, unnecessary closing of the door can be avoided and the operating efficiency of the elevator can be improved.
