[0003] Bedding that has attempted to solve these problems is known in the art. The health futon disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-4996 is a sheet in which an outer cloth is coated on a sheet formed by arranging a large number of nonwoven bags filled with a carbon powder material. In this health futon, a single sheet material is used in which a carbon powder material is sealed in a nonwoven fabric bag, and the sealing edge of the nonwoven fabric bag is formed by heat sealing or the like. The sheet single bodies are arranged in a large number, connected and covered with an inner cloth, joined by means such as heat sealing through the inner cloth, and formed as a sheet (futon) as a whole.

[0004] In the above-described manner, the deodorizing, deodorizing, and air purifying effects of the carbon powder material are improved. In addition, since the carbon powder material is sealed in a non-woven bag, the carbon powder material is not easily removed. Since it does not scatter to the outside, external contamination can be avoided. In the health futon disclosed in the above publication, micronized pulverized charcoal is used. It is said that micronized pulverized charcoal is inferior in deodorizing effect and dehumidifying effect to powdered charcoal of about several millimeters. Further, precise work is required to arrange and connect a large number of individual sheet single bodies and join them to means such as heat sealing via an inner cloth.

The strip-shaped packaged carbon granules 7 are formed into a slender cylindrical shape using a flexible material, and a large number of bags are formed by thermal bonding, and each bag is uniformly filled with charcoal. This enhances the effect of charcoal. The charcoal contained in each bag of the wrapped charcoal granules 7 is made of high-temperature charcoal such as white charcoal and oak baked at a temperature of 900 degrees C. or high-capacity charcoal such as bamboo charcoal. Try to keep it down. As for the bag-like space into which the strip-shaped wrapping carbon granules 7 are inserted, relatively thin cloth such as plain weave or twill weave used for general mattress cloth is used to give room or play to the space. After the quilting process of A, the packaged carbon granules 7 are easily inserted. Cotton is also inserted on the side of the lower member B so that the sleeping person lying on the futon does not feel the floor feeling and enhances the antibacterial and insecticidal effects. In the quilting sewing of the lower member B, a seam is formed in a diamond type in FIG. 2, but other patterns may be used, and sewing can be performed with a freely arranged pattern. Therefore, the finish of the entire futon can be shown beautifully. The wrapping cloth 11 is made of an acrylic material, so that the futon finish is beautifully displayed, and the wrapping charcoal granules 7 are prevented from being scattered on the tatami mat or ondol even if the wrapping carbon granules 7 are torn.
