Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tatami mat entirely made of a natural raw material without use of a chemical agent, which has a property equal to a conventional strow mat and which is excellent in healthy dry condition, deodorization, and durability. SOLUTION: This tatami mat is chiefly made of an insulation high board (soft fiber) and straw mats 1 woven with straws are used for the upper and side materials to make an evenly flat tatami mat which is the life. A desiccant and a deodorant (silica gel) are put in the upper and side materials. Straw mats woven with rice strows as a chief material are used for the longitudinal and lateral directions to form a double layer and a desiccant and a deodorant (silica gel) are put in the middle. Three layers of insulation high board cores are used as the main material and paper including, threads is used at the rear face, to obtain a uniflrm, durable and hygienic tatami mat which hardly generates a contaminant when it is disposed of.

[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] As a tatami mat born from the philosophy of coexistence with nature, using high-quality straw that grew strongly in nature, the material of the main material of the “floor” has been used for decades, The best is an insulation board developed using high quality wood and wood fiber that has been endured and raised, and a tatami floor made of astringent paper on the back side.

[Conventional technology] (1) Conventional tatami mats include a straw floor, a chemical floor sandwich type with polystyrene (styro) sandwiched between straw and straw, and a building material tatami floor combining insulation harbor board and polystyrene home. Three types are mainstream.

(2) Straw floors are products that have been used for a long time and were optimal for building structures up to the present day, but due to the change to a highly airtight structure due to current high technology, indoor air has a high humidity. However, there is also inconvenience in the ventilation, and once the straw is compressed to absorb moisture, it becomes very difficult to dry, which causes mold and mite.

(3) With straw mechanics, recently, with the mechanization of agriculture, the amount of high-quality straw has been reduced as in the past. Therefore, irregularities (autumn) increased due to the use of short straw. There is an inconvenience that the work is difficult due to the large weight.

(4) The sandwich chemical floor is lighter than the straw floor, but the core material “Stylohome” sinks thinly due to compression and impact from above. Irregularities appear on the tatami mats. At the time of disposal, "stylohome" becomes a problem.

(5) Since the construction is based on a combination of a building material floor insulation board and a polystyrene home, there is no "feel" of the conventional tatami mat.

(6) Since the upper layer of the building material floor is made of an insulation board, it has less hygroscopicity and moisture release than straw, grasses that do not require appropriate humidity are too dry, and the surface of tatami grass tends to become brittle. Traditional tatami mats have been widely used due to the spread of Japanese-style rooms. The tatami floor has conventionally used a straw floor. In recent years, tatami floors made of sandwiches such as styro homes and polyethylene homes between straws,
Tatami flooring with insulation board as sand.
Conventional tatami mats have the possibility of mold, mites, etc., and to prevent atopic dermatitis and asthma etc. which are likely to occur in allergic constitution, use insect repellent sheets (organophosphorus, chemicals are used) The chemical reaction could have an adverse effect on the human body.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] The drawback of the straw floor is that irregularities are apt to be formed, and in order to solve it, a como made of rice straw that is made of rice straw with good dust is used. Thereby, the defects of the unevenness can be cleared. The occurrence of mold and ticks can be reduced.

To provide a safe and secure tatami floor that "suppresses" mites. The most suitable material for airtight modern buildings, the insulation board is made of straw that has reduced dust, which has the effect of preventing "condensation". It also helps purify indoor air.

[Effects of the Invention] The places made of natural materials as they are in today's houses are found only in tatami mats. That is why we provide healthy and hygienic "environmentally friendly tatami floors". The use of straw and board in combination makes the upper layer of tatami flooring that is durable and resilient, and is economically valued. Replace the central part of the conventional straw floor with wood fiber insulation board, hold down the water absorption, and excel in moisture absorption, moisture release, heat absorption, temperature release, elasticity, durability, and it is a natural material. Is also safe.
