Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the case of an assembling type shelter, for example, in the case of a cantilever type, the shelter is slightly inclined in front of the shelter as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b) in which only the slope is taken, and in any case, the front side of the shelter exposes the end face of the roofing material 2 and the rear side thereof is shown in FIG. , 7 (c), an eaves gutter 6 is attached below the rear roof edge so that rainwater guided to the rear side of the shelter is collected and drained.

上にも決して良いというものではなかった。However, in such a conventional cantilever type assembling shelter, not only the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 but also the embodiment shown in FIG. 7 has a slight distance from the end surface of the front roof material. However, the eaves gutter 6 is installed separately from the roof material on the rear side of the roof, as shown in (c) of FIGS. There is a gap 61, and in such a structure, the eaves gutter which is vulnerable to an external impact force faces the outermost surface. For example, a ladder is mounted or a ladder or a broom is used to clean fallen leaves on the roof. When it hits, the installation state is easily shifted, the gutter itself is deformed,
Problems such as breakage and no longer serving as an eaves gutter have occurred. In addition, such conventional eaves gutters are made of thin metal plates or plastics that can quickly become uneven even when subjected to a slight impact, and are poor in fading resistance and discolor in a few years. In addition, since the edge of the roofing material is exposed to the front of the shelter, the edge of the roofing material is easily deformed and damaged by an external impact force, and it is not good for landscape design.

It is designed to provide a shelter with a structure that can withstand even the same, and without the need for a separate eaves gutter.

In addition, in the roof structure of the shelter in which the end of the roof material is placed and fixed over the entire length of the girder material,
The edge of the roofing material is pressed against the girder material via the high elasticity molding material, and the leakage of rainwater between the girdering material and the edge of the roofing material is prevented, so that the rain is reliably performed.

Joint ribs 22 and 23 are formed at both ends in the width direction of the unit roof material 20 so that the unit roof materials 20 are overlapped and connected to each other. An end of the roofing material 2 is placed on the girder members 3, 3 laid before and after 1, and then pressed and fixed.

Since a plurality of ribs are formed on the roof material, the roof material 2 may be of a straight flat roof type with little droop due to a load. However, in the case of a large curve as shown in FIG. Since the flexibility has been greatly improved, the roofing material 2
The shelter 1 can be composed of low-cost parts and can be composed of low-cost parts, and is also excellent in landscape design because there is no need to provide any other sub-girder materials.

The beam 5 is projected, the beams 3 are fixed before and after the beam 5, and the end of the roof 2 is placed on the beams 3, 3. Here, FIG. The beam members 3 and 3 before and after the shelter 1 are configured to use beam members having the same cross-sectional shape.
2 functions as a rain gutter as a drain for the rainwater 60 as shown in FIG. In this way, the front and rear girders 3, 3
By having the same cross-sectional shape, not only the configuration is excellent in aesthetics in terms of design, but also it can be produced by one type of mold in manufacturing, and has an advantage in total cost.

In this case, the cross-sectional shape of the girder member 3 can be designed so as to cope with a maximum rainfall of 100 mm / hour.

Because the girder itself functions as a strength member that constitutes the entire shelter 1 shed part, even when a ladder is hung or a ladder or broom hits to clean the fallen leaves on the roof, Inconveniences such as the retrofitted rain gutters and blinds such as C-shaped and L-shaped blindfolds, etc., causing the mounting state to shift easily, and the gutters themselves becoming deformed or damaged and no longer functioning as eaves gutters. Does not occur.

Fitting girder members 3 are fixed at their connection parts, and the connection parts of these girder members 3 are subjected to a water-preventing tape 71 so as to prevent water leakage. The front 7 of the packing and the rear 70 of the waterproof packing are interposed on the rear side, respectively. After the end of the roofing material 2 is placed, it is shown that the crimping material 3 is fixed to the girder material 3. . In the drawing, reference numeral 81 denotes a decorative cover for concealing a connection portion between the front and rear beam members 3 and 3, which is a cap which also serves as a cover at the tip of the beam member 5.

As shown by the arrow in the middle, while self-tapping strongly against the rising portion 32 of the girder 3 via the waterproof packing front 7, screw the end of the roofing material 2 into the mounting portion 31 of the girder 3 with a self-tapping screw. And press-fitting is performed. Here, since a high elasticity molding material is used as the front of the waterproof packing 7, when the end of the roof material 2 is strongly pressed against the girder 3 via the front of the waterproof packing 7, the end of the roof material 2 is It penetrates deeply into the waterproof packing front 7 to prevent the leakage of rainwater between the girder material and the edge of the roofing material, so that a reliable rain action is achieved.

The self-tapping screw is screwed into the mounting portion 31 of the girder member 3 through the fixing member 0 to be pressed and fixed, and the end of the roof member 2 is deeply penetrated into 70 after the waterproof packing made of a highly elastic molded material. As in the case of the front side of the shelter 1, the rainwater is prevented from leaking between the girder member and the edge of the roofing member, so that the rain is reliably performed.

A substantially L-shaped cross-sectional shape consisting of a mounting portion on which an end is mounted and a rising portion bent along the roof material end surface from the mounting portion is formed. The girder material on the lower side of the roof of the shelter is provided with the function of a rain gutter by securing it.By using a pipe for the girder material, there is little deflection and excellent rigidity, and the girder material itself is a shelter Since it functions as a strength member that composes the entire shed, there is no worry about mounting and there is no risk of misalignment, and there is little deformation or damage. In addition, by having the same cross-sectional shape of the front and rear girder members, not only is the structure excellent in aesthetic appearance in design, but also it can be manufactured with one type of mold in manufacturing, and the advantage in total cost is utilized, In addition, since the girder material on the lower side of the roof of the shelter has a function of a rain gutter functionally, it is not necessary to separately install a separate eaves gutter.
