Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject compound having mild influence on organisms, no problems in environmental affairs and excellent properties as a coloring matter such as light resistance, coloring extensibility and the like, as many of conventionally used inks of blue color, black color, etc., or textile dyes are not preferable from the environmental aspects such as biodegradability, effects to ecosystems and the like. SOLUTION: To obtain a water-based ink or an oil-based ink by reacting a tannin (polyphenol) such as tannic acid, catechin or the like with a ferrous ion- or ferric ion-containing liquid and colored powder or colored fiber through a coloring reaction between the iron ions and the tannin by carrying out the said reaction on the surface or the inside structure of the powder or the fiber.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial application] Conventionally, aqueous inks or oil-based inks have been used by finely dispersing a colored metal compound, a tar dye or the like in water or oil. Particularly, blue and black, which are frequently used, use a cyanide compound of iron. However, there is a problem in the ecosystem, and there is a need for improvement in the future. The iron compound of the tannins of the present invention is extremely easily biodegradable, does not cause any problems in ecosystems, and has light resistance equal to that of conventional inks, and excellent quality can be obtained. In addition, iron compounds of tannins formed in powders or fibers are extremely strongly bonded and adsorbed to various powders or fibers, and have excellent light resistance, good color tone and colored powders which are safe for cosmetics. Can be used widely. Moreover, the use for textile products enables safe and excellent dyeing.

[Problems to be Solved by the Related Art] As described in the preceding paragraph, the present inks, which are used in large quantities for printing and are biodegradable and ecologically problematic, must be improved. In addition, both tar-based blue pigments and black carbon black, which are widely used in cosmetics, have problems in terms of human body safety and color utilization. We researched to solve these problems and found that iron tannins (polyphenols) compounds satisfying all factors of bioavailability, ecosystem safety, photostability, coloring and toning. The present invention has begun.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The inventor has previously found that tannic acids (polyphenols) react with iron rust at room temperature to form a water-insoluble blue or black complex. Of Red Water Prevention Agent (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-
321915). By studying the photostability, dispersibility and colorability of this complex in water and oil, the reaction compound of ferrous ion or ferric ion with the tannin polyphenols tannic acid or catechin is suitable for this purpose. And found a solution.

[Example] Example 1 Fiber coloring Cotton, silk and acrylic fiber pieces are each immersed in a 0.1% aqueous solution of tea catechin for 5 minutes. The cloth piece was taken out of the solution, squeezed gently, and a 0.2% aqueous ferrous sulfate solution was added to the cloth, followed by adding 30%.
Leave for a minute. Squeeze each piece of cloth and wash well with water.
When dried, each piece of fabric is dyed a beautiful blue-black color. Almost no fading was observed even in direct sunlight for 10 days on a sunny autumn day.

Embodiment 2. FIG. A blue ink is prepared by dissolving 0.01% of a surfactant in a 1% aqueous ferrous sulfate solution, and mixing and reacting a 1% aqueous solution of tannic acid with stirring. After 10 minutes, this is centrifuged to precipitate the blue dye. When washed three or four times with water and dried at a low temperature, a beautiful blue organic pigment is obtained. A small amount of high H. Add LB surfactant and disperse in water. L. When the surfactant B is added and dispersed in oil, an aqueous blue ink and an oily blue ink are obtained, respectively.

Embodiment 3 FIG. Dyeing titanium white (titanium oxide) titanium white 1
0 g is dispersed in 100 ml of a 0.3% aqueous solution of tea catechin. To this, 100 ml of a 0.5% aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate is added with stirring. After gently stirring for 10 minutes, the aqueous layer is separated by a centrifugal separator and washed repeatedly to obtain titanium white stained in black purple. This is dispersed in oil after steam siliconization. A pigment for make-up cosmetics is obtained.
