Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container in which a plurality of containers are engaged with each other to stably superpose on each other and favorably put small articles in order by forming upper and lower walls which can be engaged with each other and have a shape enhancing the structural rigidity. SOLUTION: In a storage container 1 in which the upper cover 6 and the lower cover 7 are pivotally connected to each other openably/closably with a hinge 9, a rugged part 4 is formed on the whole face of the upper wall 2 of the upper cover 6 and the lower wall 3 of the lower cover 7 to enhance the rigidity. The rugged part 4 is constituted of unitary protrusions 42 and unitary recesses 41 both vertically and laterally and alternately arranged so as to adjoin each other. The unitary protrusion 42 is formed to have a truncated right pyramidal shape gradually reducing the sectional area from an imaginary basic fase S1, S2 along the end opposite to the opening of the side walls 62, 72 to the direction opposite to the opening, and the section is trapezoidal. In this way, a storage container 1 can be engaged immediately on another storage container 1 and stacked thereon so that the unitary protrusions 42 are fitted in the unitary recesses 41, in the upper wall 2 and the lower wall 3.

However, since such small articles are of various kinds and many in number, if they are stored in a drawer or a single accessory case, they are scattered in the drawer or accessory case, and when necessary, Unnecessary things cannot be taken out, which is not preferable in terms of organization. Therefore, if a countermeasure is taken by preparing a plurality of accessory boxes, a problem that the use area of the desk is limited and the usability is deteriorated may occur.
In addition, if these accessory boxes are stacked one on top of the other, the stability is deteriorated, and there is a risk of falling.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS That is, the storage container according to the present invention is capable of storing articles therein, and is capable of engaging the upper wall and the lower wall with each other to structurally increase the rigidity. It is characterized in that it is formed into a shape, and a plurality of them are engaged so that they can be stacked up and down. If something like this,
Another storage container can be engaged with and stacked on one storage container, and since the upper and lower walls have high rigidity, even if a plurality of storage containers are stacked, they can be stably placed on a desk or the like. Therefore, small articles can be stored in a plurality of storage containers and separated appropriately without reducing the use area of the desk. Further, since the structural rigidity of the upper and lower walls is high, a material having a low rigidity or a thin material, which has not been considered in the past, can be used as the material, and the effect on the material can be reduced. In addition, when necessary, the storage container can be individually carried instead of a brush case, and the use thereof can be greatly expanded.

Each of the upper and lower lids 6 and 7 has the same shape as each other, and each is called a pulp mold and has a substantially square shape in plan view formed by bending and molding a piece of cardboard obtained by compressing pulp. In the present embodiment, the opening edges 61 and 71 are turned upside down, and the corresponding edges of the opening edges 61 and 71 are pivotally connected to each other with the hinge 9 to thereby bring the opening edges 61 and 71 together. It is configured to be openable and closable between a closed state shown in FIG. 1 and an opened state shown in FIG. Each opening edge 61, 71 is provided with a flange 8 so as to protrude outward, and the flange 8 ensures that the opening edges 61, 71 abut against each other even if the upper and lower lids 6, 7 are slightly rattled. I try to touch. Although not shown, each of the lids 6, 7
The magnets that can adhere to each other with a predetermined force and maintain a closed state are provided on the opening edges 61 and 71 facing the hinges.

On the upper wall 2 of the upper lid 6 and the lower wall 3 of the lower lid 7,
The uneven portion 4 is formed over the entire surface to increase the rigidity. The uneven portion 4 includes a unit convex portion 42 and a unit concave portion 41 which are arranged vertically and horizontally adjacent to each other. In this embodiment, the same number (two) of the unit recesses 4 are arranged in one column (one row).
1 and the unit convex portions 42 are alternately arranged. As shown in FIG. 4, the unit protrusion 42 protrudes from the virtual reference planes S1 and S2 along the opposite opening ends of the side walls 62 and 72 so that the cross-sectional area thereof gradually decreases in the opposite opening direction. It is a square pyramid with a truncated pyramid, and its cross section is trapezoidal. The unit concave portion 41 has a shape in which the unit convex portion 42 is turned upside down, and is depressed so that its cross-sectional area gradually decreases from the virtual reference surfaces S1 and S2 toward the opening direction. Thus, like the unit convex portion 42, the cross section is trapezoidal, and the flat article mounting surface 5 is formed at the front end portion of the back surface. The side walls 62 and 72 of each of the lids 6 and 7 are configured to spread outward toward the opening edges 61 and 71, respectively. This is mainly a device for making it easier to remove the mold.

[0013] Immediately above the storage container 1, as shown in FIG. 5, another storage container 1 is engaged with the upper wall 2 and the lower wall 3 so that the unit convex portion 42 is fitted into the unit concave portion 41. Can be stacked together. Therefore, even if a plurality of storage containers 1 are stacked up and down, they can be stably placed on a desk or the like, and a plurality of small objects such as a pencil OBJ shown in FIG. These can be stored in the storage container 1 and suitably separated.

Further, since the uneven portion 4 is formed over the entire surface of the upper and lower walls 2 and 3, the upper and lower walls 2 and 3 have a three-dimensional shape, and the structural rigidity is high. Therefore,
As in the present embodiment, it is possible to use a pulp mold, which is difficult to adopt in a conventional accessory case, and has a low rigidity, but has a low environmental load using recycled paper such as newsprint. In particular, in this embodiment, when the storage containers are stacked, the inclined surfaces forming the four surfaces of the unit concave portion and the unit convex portion come into contact with each other, so that the effect of effectively distributing the load is also exerted.

Further, since the storage containers 1 are merely stacked, it is possible to provide a wide variety of applications, for example, when necessary, one of them can be removed and carried instead of a brush case. In addition, in this embodiment, the cross section of the unit concave portion 41 and the unit convex portion 42 forming the concave and convex portion 4 is trapezoidal, and the flat article mounting surface 5 is formed at the front end of the rear surface of the unit concave portion 41. Therefore, the unit concave portion 41 and the unit convex portion 4
The small articles stored inside can be stably placed on the article placing surface 5 without reducing the size of the second.

Further, since the upper lid 6 and the lower lid 7 have the same shape, even if the storage container 1 is turned upside down, it can be used in exactly the same manner. Not easy to use. Further, the unit concave portions 41 and the unit convex portions 42 having the same shape are alternately arranged vertically and horizontally, and the unit concave portions 41 included in one row (one row) thereof.
Since the number of and the unit convex portions 42 are set to be the same, even if one storage container 1 is rotated 180 degrees so as to be reversed, it can be stacked on another storage container 1. Also from this point, it can contribute to improvement of usability.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but can be variously modified. For example, it is needless to say that the material is not limited to the pulp mold, and the upper lid and the lower lid need not have the same shape. The shape of the unit concave portion and the unit convex portion constituting the uneven portion may be, for example, a truncated cone shape, and the cross section is not limited to a trapezoidal shape. In addition, the engagement between the upper wall and the lower wall does not need to depend on the concave and convex portions, as long as the upper and lower walls can be engaged with each other and the structural rigidity of the upper and lower walls can be increased. Further, even when the overall shape of the storage container is also a circular shape in plan view or other various shapes, the same effects as in the embodiment can be obtained.

According to the present invention described in detail above, it is possible to stack one storage container by engaging another storage container, and since the upper and lower walls have high rigidity, they can be stably stacked. Can be placed on a desk or the like. Therefore, small articles can be stored in a plurality of storage containers and separated appropriately without reducing the use area of the desk. Also, since the rigidity of the upper and lower walls is high, a material having low rigidity or a thin material can be used depending on the material, and the restriction on the material is reduced. In addition, the use of the storage container can be greatly expanded, for example, the storage container can be carried instead of a brush case.

A box-shaped upper lid having the upper wall and opening downward, and a box-shaped lower lid having the lower wall and opening upward, and the lids are hingedly connected to each other. At the same time, if the upper lid and the lower lid have the same shape and the upper lid and the lower lid have the same shape, only one type of lid may be manufactured. Therefore, it is possible to contribute to unification of a mold and a manufacturing process, and it is possible to reduce costs. In addition, even if it is turned upside down, it can be used similarly, and convenience can be improved.

If the flanges are provided along the opening edges of the lids, the opening edges of the lids can be reliably brought into contact with each other at the flanges. It is possible to stably maintain the closed state. An example in which the present invention makes use of the fact that a material having low rigidity can be used, and a material that is difficult to adopt in a conventional accessory case is applied is one using a pulp mold as the material. In such a case, the use of recycled materials can be expanded.
