The cavity mold 5 has a cavity wall 51 on the lower surface.
Are formed on the movable die (upper die). Cavity mold 5
Are clamp bodies 4 around one area covered with the skin material 1.
A projection 52 is formed at a portion facing the inner peripheral edge 49 of FIG. More specifically, a portion of the clamp body 4 that faces the joint portion 42 that sandwiches the skin material 1 protrudes downward to form a projection 52. The protruding portion 52 is formed in an annular shape, and forms a groove 7 at the boundary between the skin material 1 and the resin surface on the design surface of the completed integrally molded product P. At the tip of the projection 52, a sharp blade 52a is provided. Both side walls of the protruding portion 52 draw a gentle arc from the cavity wall 51 to reduce its width, and a blade portion 52a is formed at the lower end of the protruding portion (FIG. 2). In the molding process, when the pressure of the first molten resin G2a increases,
The portion of the skin material 1 in contact with the blade 52a is positively cut to improve the appearance of the finished product. In the present embodiment, the blade portion 52a forms a blade edge whose side in contact with the skin material 1 is raised. Alternatively, the blade portion 52a may have a blade edge as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14. After the skin material 1 is interposed between the clamp body 4 and the core mold 3 and the clamp body 4 is drawn into the core mold 3 and the skin material 1 is sandwiched, the cavity mold 5 is lowered and the mold is closed. The cavity C for the partially decorated integrated molded product is formed.
At this time, the skin material 1 traverses the cavity C along the side wall of the protruding portion 52 to form the transverse portion 1b while forming the peripheral portion 1b.
a is sandwiched between the clamp body 4 and the core mold 3,
a is in contact with the upper edge of the transverse portion 1b of the skin material 1.

A method for partially decorating a skin material Using the above-described mold, a method for partially decorating a skin material is carried out as follows. First, prior to the forming operation, a plate-shaped skin material 1 cut and cut into a predetermined size is prepared. After the skin material 1 is formed as an integral molded product P, the peripheral portion 1a thereof is formed.
Is not required, and it is not necessary to cut severe dimensions as in the prior art shown in FIG. A skin material 1 slightly larger than a skin material of a predetermined size to be a product is prepared. Skin material 1
For example, a fabric skin material or a resin leather skin material (sometimes lined) which is vacuum-molded and trimmed is used.
Then, the mold is opened, the clamp body 4 is further moved upward, and the clamp body 4 is brought up from the core mold 3.

Next, the skin material 1 is disposed between the core mold 3 and the clamp body 4 (FIG. 1). Subsequently, a hydraulic cylinder (not shown) is actuated to pull the clamp body 4 toward the core mold, thereby locking the skin material 1 on the core mold (FIG. 2). When setting the skin material 1 in the cavity C for forming the partially decorated integral molded product P of the skin material 1, the protrusion 3 a (one region) of the core mold 3 is covered with the skin material 1 so as to cover the surface material 1. The peripheral portion 1a is pulled out of the cavity wall 31 and clamped and set between the clamp body 4 and the core mold 3. The skin material 1 covers the core-shaped convex portion 3a, and the skin material peripheral portion 1a is pulled out of the cavity wall (specifically, the gap between the core-shaped convex portion 3a and the clamp body 4), and is locked and set. . When the clamp body 4 descends and comes into close contact with the core mold 3, the core mold projection 3
The outer peripheral edge 39a of FIG. 4A and the inner peripheral edge 49 of the clamp body 4 sandwich the skin peripheral edge 1a (see FIG. 4). The core material 3 and the clamp body 4 hold the entire periphery of the skin material 1. Thus, the skin material 1 is set so as to cover the core-shaped projection 3a. The skin material peripheral edge 1a, which has been cut slightly larger, is stored in a space formed below the clamp body.

Here, in the case as shown in FIG. 18 where the blade portion 52a is not provided, the crossing portion 1b is forcibly stretched and torn, so that the way of the breaking is irregular. For example, FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, the skin material terminal 1 f appears on the design surface side over the groove portion 7, or the hairs and a part of the skin material 1 are torn off and the scraps are mixed in the molten resin. As a result, in the finished product, the skin material terminal line L is disturbed, and scraps of the skin material appear on the design surface, and the appearance is deteriorated. In the present invention, by providing the blade portion 52a, since the skin material 1 is cut off at the point of the blade portion 52a, the skin material terminal line L is not disturbed. There are no scraps from the skin material 1. Note that it is not necessary to cut the entire skin material 1 at the blade portion 52a, and the blade portion 52a
It is not necessary to provide the entire area. At the blade portion 52a of a portion of the projecting portion 52, the skin member 1 with the filling of the molten resin G 2a
It is enough if it can be cut. As the material of the molten resin G, for example, a thermoplastic plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used. Molten resin G ( G2a , G2b )
Is preferably compatible with the skin material 1 for partial decoration.

Thereafter, the gate 33 disposed in the outer region of the skin material 1 is opened, and the molten resin G 2b is injected from the gate 33 into the cavity C through the passage 35 (FIG. 7). The molten resin G filled in the cavity C in the outer region of the skin material 1
2b fills the cavity C, joins it to the skin material 1, and integrates it. Breaking the aforementioned cross section 1b, the molten resin G 2a
Is discharged to the outer region of the skin material 1, the molten resin G 2b or the first resin layer 2a where the molten resin G 2a has been cured is joined to the molten resin G 2b (finally, the second resin layer 2b) to form an integrated body. (See FIG. 12). Thus, the remaining cavity C outside the skin material is completely filled with the molten resin G 2b , and the skin material 1 is formed.
Thus, an integrally molded product P partially decorated is obtained.

The partially decorated integral molded product P of the skin material 1 thus formed is cooled and solidified, and then proceeds to a demolding step. The integrally molded product P is pushed up by the clamp body 4 and an ejector pin (not shown), and is released from the mold (FIG. 8). After taking out the integral molded product P from the mold, finally, the operator removes the skin material peripheral portion 1a extending from the rear surface of the molded product by hand, scissors, or the like to obtain a desired skin material portion as shown in FIGS. A decorative integrated molded product P is obtained. The gate land portion 23 on the back surface side of the integrally molded product P is also appropriately cut.

In the step of injecting the molten resin G 2a , in order to improve the integral molding state of the skin material 1, it is possible to adopt a low pressure molding method in which a mold is slightly opened and adjusted. . In such a case, the molten resin G 2a is piled up on the core-shaped protrusion 3a. After finishing injection of molten resin G 2a ,
Completely closing the cavity 5 that was a little opening degree, becomes to complete the mold closing, in this process, the molten resin G 2a which piled bunching is pressed. The skin material 1 is pressed against the cavity wall of the cavity mold 5 by the filled molten resin G 2a , and the skin material portion forming the design surface E is formed neatly. At the same time, the molten resin G 2a fills the area covered with the skin material 1 and tries to forcibly break the transverse portion 1b in search of a place to go, but the blade portion 52a cuts the upper edge of the transverse portion 1b and melts smoothly. It would be to create a place to go of resin G 2a.

The partially decorative integrally molded product of the skin material 1 obtained by the above-described integral molding method has a shape as shown in FIGS. In the integrally molded product P with the skin material 1, the design surface E has an island shape in addition to the design surface formed by the resin layer 2b, and is partially decorated (FIG. 9). On the design surface E, the terminal line L of the skin material 1 is neatly set in the groove 7. The peripheral edge portion 1a of the skin material is provided on the back side of the integrally molded product P at the stage when the molding is completed.
However, in FIG. 12, the portion is trimmed and cut to form a cut portion 1c. The skin material 1 forms a part of the design surface E by adopting the molding method, and the peripheral edge portion 1a penetrates the resin layer 2 from the design surface side to the back surface side (FIG. 11). Then, a part of the transverse portion 1b where the skin material 1 crosses the resin layer 2 is cut into the blade portion 52a, and the first resin layer 2a flows out to the outer region of the skin material 1 beyond the transverse portion 1b. The cross section 1b looks like the skin material 1 is cut cleanly at the blade section 52a (FIG. 12).

Effects According to the partially decorated integral molding of the skin material and the partially decorated molding method of the skin material configured as described above, the skin material peripheral portion 1a is provided.
Is drawn out of the cavity wall, and is always locked and set at a predetermined position by the core mold 3 and the clamp body 4, so that the skin material terminal line L appearing on the design surface side is uniformly and finely finished. Further, in the step of supplying the molten resin G 2a to the portion covered with the skin material 1 and performing integral molding with the skin material 1, the molten resin G 2a cuts the skin material 1 with the blade 52a. since the blade portion 52a is pressure also cut skin material 1 by utilizing the heat of the molten resin G 2a, skin material terminal clean. The portion where the skin material 1 is cut is the blade portion 5
2a is the upper edge of the cross section 1b and the skin material edge 1
Since g is set in the groove 7, the edge 1g of the skin material does not protrude to the design surface, so that it is not bad. Skin material terminal line L
But clean and good looking. Even if the cut edge 1e of the outer skin material appears in the appearance as shown in FIG. 6, there is no problem since it is on the back side of the product. Further, when the skin material 1 is forcibly broken, the hair or a part of the skin material 1 is removed to adversely affect the design appearance, but there is no such a problem. When the skin material 1 is formed into an integrally molded product P, the skin material peripheral portion 1a appears on the back surface of the molded product. However, since this portion is an unnecessary portion and is cut, the skin material 1 at the time of molding has a predetermined size. It is sufficient to use a slightly larger one, so that cutting is not severe. In addition, since the skin material 1 can be locked and set on the core mold by the core mold 3 and the clamp body 4, the conventionally required vacuuming equipment is not required. Skin material 1
The mold is opened slightly to adjust the cavity C
When the low-pressure molding method of injecting the molten resin G into the plastic material and further pressing is used, there is an advantage that damage to the skin material 1 is reduced.
