Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal mold having durability and to obtain inexpensive products by utilizing the metal mold in possession by spreading a cloth material having stretchability between both sides of a V-groove of a lower mold, thereby preventing the bending flaws generated at the time of bending of a plate material. SOLUTION: The cloth material which has the stretchability and is knitted of liquid crystal polymer fibers having strength of several times that of iron and fibers of a fully aromatic polyester system and aromatic polyamide system of <=530 in denier is preferably spread between both sides of the V-groove. The cloth material 4 is spread between the upper mold 2 and lower mold 1 in possession under use. The cloth material 4 is stopped at several points by means of tapes, etc., to a lower mold 1 or the lower mold mounting base. The plate material to be subjected to bending is put between the upper mold 2 and the cloth material 4 and is subjected to bending. Since the cloth material has the stretchability, the cloth material restores to the home position after bending even if the cloth material is pulled to the V-groove at the time of bending. The pulling of the cloth tapes fixing the material and the peeling of the cloth material do not occur. The cloth material is merely necessitated to be kept rounded when not used. The repetitive use thereof is thus possible. The cloth material is soft but has the strength several times that of the iron and is, therefore, durable.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a press brake mold for preventing bending scratches caused by scraping of a plate material on both sides of a lower die groove when bending a plate material with a press brake. is there. In particular, aluminum, mirror-finished stainless steel, and color steel sheet are necessary technologies because if these bending scratches occur, the value of use as a product is lost.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various methods have been employed to prevent bending scratches caused by rubbing on both sides of a lower V-groove. There is a problem. (A) As shown in FIG. 2, the shoulders R on both sides of the V-groove are made large and plating is performed smoothly, but it is difficult to completely prevent bending scratches. (B) Urethane sheet: It breaks after several uses, resulting in high cost. (C) Plastic type: Special specification, poor durability and high cost. (D) Mechanical movable type: durable, but special specifications increase costs. (E) Cap type: As shown in Fig. 3, a non-elongated cap that has been embossed is attached with double-sided tape, but when several sheets are processed, the cap is pulled into the V-groove and the sheet is bent. The angle changes or the cap comes off. (F) Tape type: A product in which a double-sided tape is applied only to the center portion of a tape-shaped non-stretched fiber is attached to both shoulders of the V-groove as shown in FIG. is there. (A) If the plate is bent several times, the tape is drawn into the V-groove and the bending angle of the plate changes. (B) The tape is gradually pushed into the V-bottom, and the depth is pushed up, and the mold is damaged. (C) The glue sticks in the V-groove and becomes sticky, which makes it difficult to remove. (D) Once peeled, the adhesion deteriorates and cannot be reused.
In addition, it cannot be stored. (D) Due to the use of thick fibers, the soft aluminum plate material is left with indentations due to the texture of the fibers. From the above, (e) and (f) have strong materials themselves, but if adhesive glue is used for a material that does not stretch, the natural result is that the plate to be bent is pulled into the V-groove with a force of several tons.
There is no reason to endure with glue.

As will be understood from the above description, the present invention is to change a conventionally used ordinary mold to a mold which is not easily damaged, and to use a cloth material having elasticity. Therefore, even if the cloth tape is pulled into the V-groove at the time of bending, it returns to the original state after bending and the stopped cloth tape or the like is not pulled, so that stable work can always be performed without peeling. When not in use, it is easy to reuse it if it is rolled up, and it is economical because it is not sticky and can be used repeatedly as many times as possible. By weaving with a fine thread of 520 denier or less, the texture does not remain on the soft aluminum plate material as indentations. The greatest effect of the present invention is that the use of a liquid crystal polymer fiber which is soft but several times stronger than iron greatly increases the durability.
