The rotating body 15 assembled as described above
Is, as shown in FIG.
When the rotating body 15 is rotated by inputting the mixed liquid 24 from 8, the solid 25 and the liquid are separated, and the separated liquid 26 is separated.
Is discharged from the separated liquid outlet 19, and the solid matter 25 is accumulated on the lower side of the solid matter attached body 22 attached to the inner peripheral surface of the mixed liquid separation chamber 20 by centrifugal force (initial situation). When used in such a state, the solid matter 2 accumulated on the lower side
5 gradually accumulates along the upper direction of the inner peripheral surface, and the accumulated amount increases (in use). When the accumulated amount of the solid 25 increases, the rotation of the current plate 23 is hindered,
The separation function has also been reduced and the limit of use has been reached (before replacement). In such a case, the apparatus is stopped, and it is time to clean the mixed liquid separation chamber 20 and replace the solid matter adhering body 22 (maintenance), and perform cleaning and replacement work.

The solid matter accumulates and accumulates in the mixed liquid separation chamber 31 of the rotating body 30, and when the cleaning / replacement operation comes, the solid matter accumulated in the mixed liquid separating chamber 31 of the rotating body 30 is reached. An operation of taking out the object 44 is performed. This operation is performed by the solid matter adhered body 33 formed in a metal cylindrical shape.
The solids 44 attached to the rectifying plate 34 are drawn out of the holes 4
1 and a scratch bar is engaged to move the solid adhered body 3 downward.
3 and the current plate 34 are pulled out together as they are, and immersed in a washing tank (tank storing water) not shown. In this manner, the solid matter adhered body 33 to which the solid matter 44 is adhered is simply pulled out,
Only the operation of immersing in the cleaning tank eliminates the need for the operator to perform the operation of completely scraping. Since this drawer plate 34 has a drawer hole 41 for hooking a scratch bar near the center, no solid matter adheres. Therefore, the operation of removing the solid matter before hooking the scratching rod in the drawing hole 41 becomes unnecessary, and the scraping rod is hooked in the drawing hole 41 and the solid matter adhered body 33 on which the solid matter 44 is adhered together. Alternatively, the straightening plate 34 may be pulled out, and then the solid adhered body 33 may be pulled out.

As described above, the centrifugal separator according to the present invention has a metal cylinder-shaped solid material adhering member on the inner peripheral surface where the solid material inside the rotating body where the mixed liquid is separated adheres. The detachable mounting allows cleaning / replacement of the inside of the rotating body to be cleaned / replaced by removing the solid adhered body to which the solid is adhered. There is an effect that the work can be easily performed and the scraping-out work can be omitted, so that the work can be reduced.
